So first of all, I’m into everything I post on this Blog. Literally everything!
As the most can assume I’m on the Dom-Side. But I do play alot with myself.

Not her face, like some glowing angel that you always see in those stupid movie montages, where the protagonist’s wife or girlfriend tragically died and he’s thinking of her.
No, Jason is thinking about how pissed Y/N’s going to be when he misses date night.
Jason didn’t need to go out to a fancy restaurant or cocktail bar to be content. Doing absolutely nothing with Y/N was more than enough for him. But she deserved more than that – not that she ever said so. Jason was the one who insisted on taking her out every so often. So he sucked it up and did anything to make that woman smile. It didn’t hurt that Y/N was too talented at dolling herself up.
Y/N was probably sitting with her hair curled and her makeup done to perfection (after watching a YouTube tutorial for a look she had been wanting to try for weeks). Or, depending on how much time had passed, she had given up and bitterly changed into her pajamas.
The other unfortunate fact was that Y/N still didn’t know that Jason had a double life. She had zero idea that her boyfriend of a few months was also the infamous Red Hood.
So, yeah, Y/N was going to be pissed, thinking that Jason simply forgot about date night or just completely blew her off.
1. Soundtrack, as always, sublime. Delicate was one of my most listened to songs last year, so that shit landed. Well done. A nice cover too.
2. No one told me that Jason Todd was just Gotham’s version of a Boondock Saint. Like I started to hear David Della Rocco’s voice at once point during their conversation and i couldn’t turn off my brain. That’s literally all you had to say. Why would I bother with a pretty boy like Grayson when I can have an off brand macmanus brother , who is somehow even more tragic and also somehow softer?!? I mean. It’s wet dream.
3. You and this freaking people telling other peoples business trope again. You’re going to give me a complex. Thanks for that. At least I’m in love with dick and he’s just all around better at the people thing than Bruce soooo this conversation was slightly more tolerable than the moment that shant be relived. It wasn’t coming from a place of control or competition. It was Dick giving YN and Jason both what they deserve, knowing that neither of them would ask for it. Golly, what’s his EQ? A billion? Jason didn’t think he deserved a second chance or even a chance to approach her again. YN had just started to think that in her heartbreak she wouldn’t ever get the full truth. Dududun. Dick to the rescue. Saving ships.
4. I don’t actually think I have anything else to say. Except that now I’m just going to have to keep stalking your masterlist. So buckle up buttercup.
In his ‘Meditations on First Philosophy’, René Descartes tried to answer that very question, demolishing all of his preconceived notions and opinions to begin again from the foundations.
Sure, you have your senses. But your senses often deceive you. Maybe the body you perceive yourself to have isn’t really there. Maybe all of reality, even its abstract concepts like time, shape, color, and numbers are false.
And, who’s to say you’re not dreaming? When you’re awake, you know you’re awake. But, when you’re not, do you know you’re not? How do we know that this right here is not a dream? What if you’ve been tricked into believing that reality is real? The world, your perceptions of it, your very body - you can’t disprove that they’re all just made up. And how could you exist without them? You couldn’t, so - you don’t.
Life is but a dream, and I bet you aren’t row-row-rowing the boat merrily at all. You’re rowing it wearily.Like the duped, non-existent doof you are/aren’t.
Don’t buy it? Good. Have you been persuaded? Even better. Because by being persuaded, you would prove that you are a persuaded being. You can’t be nothing if you think you’re something, even if that something…is nothing. Because no matter what you think, you’re a thinking thing.
Or, as Descartes put it, “I think, therefore I am.”
