Witchy things to do and not do at school

Things to do:

-wear a pentacle (or any other witchy symbol) necklace and tuck it under your shirt. If you’re not worried about any possible bullying, wear it like a normal necklace.

-draw sigils on your school work or in a seperate notebook. Just say you like abstract art, if someone asks.

-wear clothes that remind you of being a witch. Maybe have a graphic tee with plants or the elements on it. Or shirts with witchy quotes on it. Or some seasonal or holiday themed clothes. Or a shirt with a picture of the species of your familiar.

-only do tarot readings for friends and keep your cards safe.

-cast a spell to keep yourself safe and calm before school starts that morning.

-cleanse your school supplies and work.

Things to not do-

-don’t tell everyone you’re a witch. There’s probably someone who won’t like that and hurt you or bully you.

-dont bring anything that could be considered a weapon or looks even a bit dangerous. So, no blades or athames.

-dont bring any herbs or plants that people may be allergic to.

-dont go against the dress code or any policy in general.

Note- be careful what you say and do and do your research on your school’s guidelines before doing, wearing or bringing anything!

Spell for protection for your pets

Spell- Protection for your pets.

Materials- a brown candle, a white candle, a black candle, dried bay leaves and your pet’s favorite toy or collar (optional).

Instructions:

1. Light both the black, brown and white candles and gather your dried Bay leaves. You may include your pet’s favorite toy or collar, or a picture of them. Cleanse all of the materials.

2. Burn the Bay leaves on the brown candle while chanting, “I call upon the Gods and Goddesses to keep my precious (pet name) away from harm and evil. Allow my (pet breed) to be safe and pure and be protected from all negative energy and spirits, at night and during the day.”

3. As the bay leaves finish burning, you can keep them or dispose them, safely.

4. Blow out the black candle, while saying, “The Gods and Goddesses keep the negative energy out of this home and away from my animals, ” signifying the banishing of harm and negativity.

5. Blow the brown candle out, yet keep the white one’s flame going until it simmers away.

6. Optional- leave dried bay leaves under your dog or cat’s bed or by the window.

No, I don’t think love spells with a specific target are “basically r*pe” and that’s a shitty thing to say, but I DO think casting them is generally unhealthy and/or creepy and I seriously advise against it.

It’s just kinda icky to try to compel someone to be attracted to you. And it’s not really healthy because fixating on gaining the attraction of one specific person is not what makes a good relationship. If you believe it’ll work, then you’re running a pretty notable risk of entrapping yourself in a toxic relationship, or entrapping them.

If you have to try so hard to make someone attracted to you, that’s a bad sign. And it’s even worse if you have to try by violating their consent.

The best love/attraction spell is getting to know them and seeing if you two fit. Plus, it’s way less creepy and not borderline harassment!
