Ladies and gentlemen, one of the world’s most pressing problems has finally been solved. There are now fully edible cupcake wrappers. Sorry to those of you who were hoping for world peace or Segway 2.
“Don’t worry, most people don’t realise there actually is one,” she responded, moving out of his way so that he could turn and following him up towards the ramp. “It’s not exactly well-advertised.
“And I’m not on them often, but when I am it’s usually for sprains.” She gave a small shrug. “My ankles are weaker than they should be. I should be strengthening the muscles there regularly, but between my morning runs and dance workouts I don’t have the time to focus on my ankles. Which is bad. I need to fix that, really.” She winced.
“Ugh, I’ve been there. Actually taking care of your muscles between practice and working out is a nightmare,” Andrew remarked, reaching for the disabled acces button by the door. “You dance regularly then? Or is that what you’re studying?”
Wrote this song on St. Patrick’s day morning, and posted it fairly immediately afterward to facebook, but I forgot to Tumblr. Clearly it wasn’t completely finished… but IT’S GOT MORE TO IT AND IS BETTER NOW!
I’ll be posting more videos of me playing my music soon. I’ve written about 15 songs in the past 2 years that have yet to be recorded so its time to get to work.

I absolutely love this moment when Neil catches what he is saying. If he says, “I don’t want to go” he is forcing Andrew to ask him to stay, and Andrew doesn’t like to ask. But Neil also realizes he is being selfish. Andrew knows what Neil wants. Neil wouldn’t be in that hotel room otherwise, but he knows he may have damaged Andrew’s trust with all of his lies. If Andrew doesn’t want him there, it might not be best to stay. And most importantly, Neil is the reason Andrew lost control. By stating it that way, he’s giving control back to Andrew.
And I might love this moment more. Can we just admire Andrew at his best? When he is engaged, all-in, and present? For Neil. I would read 300 more novels of this. I really, really, need more.
Not only does Andrew figure out what memory he needs to invoke to help calm and reassure Neil, not only does he have the presence of mind to change languages and act instigator, but he’s doing it during a very emotional moment for himself. And he hates to feel. But he’s telling Neil he’ll fight for him.

I’ve gotten a little caught up in drawing Check, Please related stuff and so I didn’t finish this to the point that I wanted to, and SOMEHOW I lost the damn dialogue SO. ya’ll get blank speech bubbles. Please use your imaginations to fill in the blanks. Something something about how Neil is staring like he does. Who can blame him though? We all know the wonders that mouth can work. Neil’s probably just reliving fond memories while he finishes his tea.
Well I was thinking about Andrew’s Cars today and I looked at the interior of the Maserati and I ….had. to. draw. it. I mean ok its mostly covered up by their dumb faces and I will never be on par with the Transportation Design kids I went to college with but I love Neil and Andrew so much so as much as I can pretend it’s about the car its. not.
