UPDATE: THERE’S A VIDEO ONLINE OF POLICE OFFICERS TEARING UP BALLOTS

Allegedly, this was taken in a Cotabato precinct, but I’m not sure if it is in the north or the south.

If you can see the very first ballot, you can see that whoever filled this ballot voted for Leni.
