Happy ACOSF release day! I’m so happy to finally reveal my dust jacket design as part of the ‘A Court of Silver Flames’ box that’s in partnership with Illumicrate. This dust jacket (as well as all previous books from 1 to 4) will be gold foiled, spot uv coated and finished with velvet lamination. I am also releasing a limited signed edition bundle which will include x5 hand-signed dust jackets (ACOTAR books 1-5) and x5 gold foiled double-sided bookmarks based on the dust jacket art. There will only be 100 copies of this bundle!
The public preorder date for my edition is 20 Feb, 2021 at 18:00 GMT, however I would recommend joining my Patreon for early access to preorders in order to avoid disappointment in case it sells out beforehand!
Note: the dust jackets from my edition and Illumicrate’s box are 100% the same. It is coming from the same manufacturer and batch. The other contents of our bundles are what’s different.

This is the first prompt - book. It’s about two artists on tour. He’s giving her a hard time, she is growing more and more pissed about it. But when another guy from set asks her out, he steps in and tells her, that she has to work on Saturday. So on that Saturday, they’re both alone spending that evening together, rehearsing a dramatic love scene, that goes a little off-script. Post link
I loved this scene from Pride and Prejudice so much and actually, I planned to draw Elizabeth, but as soon as I had painted the angel sculpture, Crescent City hit me.
Cross posting this from my Artstation, I feel like I can communicate better here…I think I am finally done with this part of the project, I had to add some color and work more on the characters, changed up some minor things on the last 2 pages but all in all I am really happy with the result.
I am happy I was able to work on aspects I had not done before like working on scenes, even city design ( which was a nightmare hahaha) also working on painting facial expressions and the worst of all, feet. Feet have always been a challenge of mine and I feel like I need way more practice I don’t enjoy drawing them tho..
I found this one really hard to draw for some reason and kept putting it aside when it didn’t look how I wanted- HOWEVER, as soon as I finished it I was very pleased and it might be my favourite one so far.

Mr Nice Arms, digital colour over pencil crayon. This scene from Atheist’s Angel is meant to be after sundown, so the top image is the final one, but I kinda prefer the simple digital flats in the bottom image. Sometimes I like the intermediate stage more than the finished piece.
