25g Chia Samen 200ml Milch 1El Zimt-Zucker Mischung 100g Erdbeeren und Himbeeren pürieren Topping: unterschiedliche Früchte Gestiftelte Mandeln
Milch, Chia Samen und Zimt-Zucker-Mischung mischen und über Nacht (alternativ mind. 30 Minuten) in den Kühlschrank stellen. Erdbeeren und Himbeeren pürieren und über den Chia Pudding geben. Anschließend unterschiedliche Früchte und Mandelstifte als Topping darüber streuen und fertig ist das gesunde und leckere #frühstück ❤️
