Day 17 of #mayyourbackbend is #dancer, #natarajasasana. I like dancer, and come to it in a different way than most. I have the shoulder flexibility to achieve this, and also the knowledge and trust in myself that my foot is going to be there when I go to grab it! This is one of my #competition poses that I have done in both of my yoga competition seasons, so it is nice to be able to see the progress in this posture! Thanks Adrian Hummell for the photo!
