Going To The Gym
One Bowl Gluten-free Vegan Cranberry Banana Bread
2 ripe bananas
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1 cup and 1/3 cup oat flour
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
2 tbsp stevia
2 chia eggs (2 tbsp chia seed + a little warm water to make a gluey consistency)
1 tsp baking soda
1 and ½ tsp baking powder
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes
