Trying out brushes in procreate
The Soul Harvester

Crawling in places where death has taken its toll on masses of people, the Soul Harvesters can be seen from far, thanks to the dull globe of white light they’re carrying on their back.
Some say these globes are made of the souls of people who suffered a most violent demise, and pretend that if you listen very carefully, you can hear the muffled screams of unrested spirits emanating from them.
Those creatures would probably not notice you, as long as you keep a safe distance from their path. Be wary not to feel too confident when approaching them, as they might swiftly skitter towards you to add your unfortunate being to their grim burden.
I’ve drawn this baby a while ago and couldn’t find time to properly scan it until now. Can’t hide the fact that Bloodborne has been a visual influence on this one.

Those are sighted near hospital dumpsters late at night, burrowing through biological waste to feed on it.
They’re not really aggressive in nature, but due to their feeding habits, their bodies are bloated with various bacterias. You should avoid any physical contact, as their thin skin can easily rupture and their body fluids may prove to be highly toxic to even the strongest of immune systems.

Monster March 2019 06/31: The Wooden Golgoth
Some say that the people who died a violent death in the deep woodlands are bound to have their corpse taken over by the woods themselves.
Their possessed remains, husked within a living armor of wood, vines and fungi, roam the forest and seek the mean-spirited persons who would dare wander too deep.
I am a sucker for details and I enjoyed spending time on that one.
I may not have this kind of luxury in the coming days though, so enjoy this one while you can.

Deep within the woods rests an old stone well.
If you dare come and drink from it, the Goddess of Many Hands will appear out of its brim.
She’ll then ask you eight questions and you’ll want to answer to them whole-heartedly.
Would you refuse to answer or be untruthful to Her, She’ll grab you in her ever-tight embrace and take you down to the depths where She comes from to rip you slowly to pieces and feast on your remains.
