I’ve always felt a little void inside of me, I think all humans do. And I learned some time ago that kissing people made that feeling go away for a little bit. So I spent quite a while hellbent on not running out of people to kiss. Except that was an illusion, and the void would inevitably come back again. But I’ve also learned recently that, when you embrace your void and kiss someone without placing the burden to fill you up on them, maybe someone who’s also embraced their own void, it’s just so much better.
