Today was killer. One of those workouts that on paper don’t look so bad but once you get going have the “Damn affect”. You know where you end up going, “Damn, this is hard!”

Thanks @work_hard_eat_harder for a great morning muscle burn, I you even though you have really bad taste in college football and workout apparel. Bahaha.
