In two days, Bishop Briggs will be releasing her new album Champion. The truth was right in front of me and all I wanted to do was ignore it. I was hoping my subconscious would tell me a different narrative but instead there it was, screaming at me. I have tried singing this live and it’s still really hard for me to not cry. ‘Someone Else’ has offered me a lot of healing since that day. You are hearing the original vocal take where I was crying.
