• • • he is relaxed against his chair, his eyes, a grey-hazel thanks to the power of contacts, peeking out between the fringe of his wavy white-blond bangs. he blows them out of his face and flashes a small smile at the camera. his hands rest on his knees, skin peeking through the ripped holes. “hi! my name is sammy. i’m twenty-one, just graduated from uni,” he pauses, lips pursed as he hums in thought, his one dimple popping out. “i lived in america for most of my life, after four years i’m still going through culture shock,” he laughs easily, rubbing the back of his neck. “not complaining though, the seoul music scene is poppin’,” he states, smiling his toothy grin at the camera, “i think i’m in love. i’ll be sticking around for a while.”

• • • “world domination,” he deadpans at the camera, immediately after being asked the question. there’s a beat of silence before he breaks out into a laugh, head ducking down briefly, almost as if he’s being bashful. but he lifts his head slightly, peeking at the camera, grin still in place before he straightens back up into his previously relaxed pose. “musically that is. it’d be cool to do shows all over the world… if i break into the music industry that is. the current idols… they look pretty cool up on those ads in time squares and shi–” he catches himself in time and immediately corrects it– “stuff. stuff like that seems nice. it’d be pretty dope seeing my face blown up on a billboard in times square too, y’know?” he whistles lowly. “either way, if i end up singing somewhere i’ll be happy.”

Just because a group doesn’t get as much attention as BTS, Blackpink, Twice, etc., doesn’t mean that they’re underrated. Mamamoo isn’t underrated- they’re popular internationally as well as South Korea. Ateez isn’t underrated- they’re popular internationally as well as South Korea. So many groups are well known but some of you like to pretend that they’re underrated just so you can try to garner more pity attention. Bring more attention to groups that are on the brink of disbandment because they get no intention instead of only giving your attention to groups that are well-off with a stable fanbase. It’s too late for some underrated groups, but it’s not too late for all of them.

I miss all of the inspiration I got from this blog, and connecting with all of you, through shared inspiration.
The fact of the matter is; this blog used to be an escape from stress. A touch board for writing, to pursue my passion but now I’m so consumed with STRUGGLING I dont have the stamina, to try to participate in anything. Just focusing on getting by. And you don’t wanna hear about that, like I’m not trying to add to an already stressful world.
Like so many of us in the US; were being pushed out of our homes, due to cruel level rent increases. Working sometimes 2 FULL TIME jobs, just to keep the lights on and food in the fridge. No money for Dr apts, no money to do anything to take care of yourself. Like I’m not broke, yet even I’m broke, if that makes sense. It’s bad, here. We don’t want to talk about it, when there’s war going on, and our colleagues in China have been locked in their homes for 40 days.
I can’t write, without a computer. So believe me when I say; there’s so many fun things going on, in music, fandoms, anime/manga that I want to share with you. I’m sorry, I don’t have a way to do it rn.
On a positive note; my bestie and I have determined that Woosung from The Rose, is the official representative for all us Pisces go check him out; he just dropped a mini album “Moth” and recently announced The Rose should be back in the studio again, soon!

NORD just placed 3rd in the Redbull 400m Men’s Relay !! The most difficult relay, in the world; with a 37degree incline!!
They’re also a band.. and ambassadors for Hokkaido…and a bunch of other seriously cool ish like regular TV spots and broadcasts and local student productions YOU NAME IT !!
Eventually, I’ll be able to get ahold of a computer, and start blogging again. Until then, I miss you all so damn much ❤
