I mean no offense to all those *kissers* out there.

What does a kiss have to mean. It’s literally two mouths coming together for what…a fleeting experience which shall grant you eternal bliss ? Oh it sounds worse with the tongues into play.

Are people really walking the earth to be romantic about someone’s saliva ?

* PS : This post welcomes and appreciates all other views and ideas positively*

“Wish I could tell you by now that I felt more indifferent…Catch myself thinking about you more than I should”

~Gracie Abrams (Stay)

“If you ever foolishly forget : I am never not thinking of you”

~Virginia Woolf

Me *confused* : Should I be proud of something like this or just regret it ??

“I wish I could unmiss you…Reverse the time so I could unmeet you…It would’ve made it so much easier, easier…If I could unmiss you when I miss you”

~Clara Mae

“We all will die someday. But what is it like dying in oblivion. Not being able to do certain things in your lifetime. Not being able to read that one book or watch the one movie or listen to that song. Not being able to get to know that person well. That pain strikes different … Live like the world is ending tomorrow ”

~JS

I haven’t read a book in a week now !

And I am already killing myself for the time wasted. Now that I’m going to *resume* reading, I’m afraid I’ll binge straight for hours … Extremism at its Best !

Me to myself : Ha! You are one inexplicable weirdo !

Does anyone associate songs with different life experiences ? For me, it’s like one song reminds me of a vacay trip from last year, another one blows off the dust from a childhood memory. Some just make me question why I’ve ever been sad, while others are just dozes of happiness. Some motivate me, while their rivals make me more sappy.

A few songs make me reminisce how good people have been to me, while others just make me want to delete the same people from existence.

Ok, photographs, Videos and Voice recordings are good memories, but songs – I tend to associate my life with them so much so that they are *MY SONGS***

I just want to get away from everything. Move to a chalet, somewhere in England. Away from all the drama of society. Reinvent myself. Take on a new identity. Read and write poetry. Go hiking or boating in the lakes of Windermere. And keep listening to *MY* favourite songs on repeat. No one should bother me.

I wish there were an edit option in life like there is in this Tumblr post

Sometimes I think of myself as an immature little ten year old kid.

I mean, I haven’t even lived a quarter of the average human lifespan, yet hither I come, trying to be a part time poet, philosopher, writer, and my own therapist..LOL !

26 February 2022-I finally had a moment to sit down in a café and spend hours working on Spring Journal. I was writing the newsletter for next month and took some time to stop and reflect. The world is increasingly bittersweet and overwhelming.

Just checking in. I’ve been pretty quiet on here recently. So hi. I’m working a lot and missing having time to read so much.

“The great majority of mankind are satisfied with appearances, as though they were realities, and are often more influenced by the things that seem than by those that are.”

— Niccolò Machiavelli, from “The Prince", originally published c. 1532.

“Nothing makes a prince so much esteemed as great enterprises and setting a fine example. We have in our time Ferdinand of Aragon, the present King of Spain. He can almost be called a new prince, because he has risen, by fame and glory, from being an insignificant king to be the foremost king in Christendom; and if you will consider his deeds you will find them all great and some of them extraordinary. In the beginning of his reign he attacked Granada, and this enterprise was the foundation of his dominions. He did this quietly at first and without any fear of hindrance, for he held the minds of the barons of Castile occupied in thinking of the war and not anticipating any innovations; thus they did not perceive that by these means he was acquiring power and authority over them. He was able with the money of the Church and of the people to sustain his armies, and by that long war to lay the foundation for the military skill which has since distinguished him. Further, always using religion as a plea, so as to undertake greater schemes, he devoted himself with pious cruelty to driving out and clearing his kingdom of the Moors; nor could there be a more admirable example, nor one more rare. Under this same cloak he assailed Africa, he came down on Italy, he has finally attacked France; and thus his achievements and designs have always been great, and have kept the minds of his people in suspense and admiration and occupied with the issue of them. And his actions have arisen in such a way, one out of the other, that men have never been given time to work steadily against him.”

— Niccolò Machiavelli, from “The Prince", originally published c. 1532.
