This week I was invited to speak at a local GSA!
Many of the students are artists, so I answered Qs about my experience, art school, and the animation industry. I was really touched when one of the students thanked me for speaking with them. Especially amid the nationwide attacks we’re seeing on LGBTQ+ affirming discussions and education. Those politicians want to shut down these conversations and leave teens and children in the dark about their identities, their peers, their queer elders, and the truth in the world around them.
Students deserve to know IT’S POSSIBLE to be successful, talented, happy, respected, AND queer. That they deserve to love and be loved no matter what their gender is.
I never had an adult in my life to tell me that. I’m proud to be that adult now

I’m so honored to be joining the crew for their third and final season! Thank you so much for having me
I wanted to paint something big to celebrate, so I decided I’d have some fun and paint a mashup with my (other!) favorite witchy show– Little Witch Academia. This was such a cool composition to work with in The Owl House style. I channeled ALL my love and excitement into this. Hope you enjoy!!! (REF)
