This might not look appetizing….BUT it’s delicious! I eat this pretty much everyday as my #postworkout meal (otherwise known as my #breakfast since I prefer my #workout in a fasted state.) For my #oatmeal, I mix 1/3cup oatmeal with ½ cup water, 3 tbsp #eggwhites & 1 tbsp @bellplantation PB2 Once cooked, I top with 1 tbsp @waldenfarmsinternational caramel dip and a squirt (less than ½ tbsp of #coconutoil Guys, if you haven’t tried coconut oil in your oatmeal, you are missing out! It’s amazing! Then for my #protein I mix 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk with @pescience #selectprotein because it’s the BEST tasting protein powder……EVER!! I just got their new flavor, #peanutbuttercookie and OMG! Lastly, I always drink my @core water and a coffee ☕️mixed with cinnamon & almond milk! (I just bought a #nespresso machine and it’s life changing! Such good & frothy coffee!!) ALSO threw in a #progresspic because why not?! Been killing myself (in the BEST way) with my #bikiniprep One day…..I’ll get there….. #futurebikinicompetitor

I definitely need to work on my food photo-taking skills BUT here are two #macrofriendly foods. 1) #eggwhiteomlette I used 1 cup liquid #eggwhites with ½ diced red peppers, handful of spinach & two oz 99% lean ground turkey (I needed to hit my #protein #macro goal so added some more #leanprotein ). Then I topped with 2 tbsp. #guacamole & 2tbsp #salsa Super high in protein meal!!! NEXT up ➡️ Peanut Butter Protein Pudding (Again, it might not look appetizing but it’s delicious, especially during any #diet phase or #bikiniprep ) In bowl, mix 1 or 2 scoops (depending on protein needs) of @pescience #peanutbuttercookie flavor #selectprotein with 1 tbsp #pb2 (powder peanut butter) and mix just enough cashew milk to a pudding consistency. Feel free to add toppings like chocolate chips or nuts if you can fit it in your #macros ) Refrigerate for at least an hour before eating!
