Six Ingredient Super Green Smoothie

Servings: 1

STUFF
1 ½ cups chopped kale, ribs removed
1 ½ cups frozen pineapple
2 Tbsp almond butter
1 cup coconut water
1 frozen banana, sliced
1 Tbsp matcha powder

STEPS
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth.

Ginger, C & and Greens Smoothie

Servings: 1

STUFF
1 cup orange juice
squeeze of lemon juice
2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon vanilla
2 cups baby spinach
1 frozen banana*
pinch of salt
1 serving vanilla plant-based protein powder, optional
pinch of cayenne, optional

STEPS
In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Bring the blender’s speed up to high and run until liquid is completely smooth. Enjoy!

NOTES:
You can substitute the banana with a handful of frozen pineapple, mango, or even some frozen avocado .

The Ultimate Green Smoothie

I make a lot of green smoothies, and vary the ingredients each day. But this is my winning combo! SO delicious, you won’t believe its healthy. 

Ingredients:

1 frozen Mango

1 handful of baby spinach

¼ ripe avocado

1 cup of coconut milk 

1 tbs maca powder 

1 tsp of cinnamon

1 tsp of honey to sweeten (optional)

Method

Blend all ingredients until smooth
