Today I made a tortilla dough for the first time in my life! Until now I have been buying ready flours in supermarkets. By making it at home I avoided unwanted packaging and ingredients :)
“Great!”
“Fine.”
“I’m good.”
“I’m alright”
“All good.”
“Not bad.”
You don’t actually give a shit anyways.

La gatita se ve muy felíz, su alegría parece contagiosa. Este dibujito digital (otra de mis ideas) lo hice con ibis Paint X app. ¡Hola amigos! “Hello friends!” Tengan todos un lindo día, no olviden hacer algo que sea muy divertido el día de hoy, algo que les guste mucho y les alegre el día. ❤
Espero que les guste mi dibujo.
That’s a wrap, 2021! And a new year is upon us, and our return to normalcy is looking hopeful – let’s make 2022 be the best year yet for all of us! Cheers!
As we are in the midst of all the gatherings and celebrations, let us not forget to remember the reason for the season – Jesus Christ is born in Bethlehem today!
Merry Christmas, everyone!
“Hailsa” (later spelled “heilsa”) is an infinitive Old Norse verb meaning “to hail/greet,” so to say this to someone in that form is the same as saying “To hail!”
If you want a correctly conjugated greeting, “kom heill” is listed in A Concise Dictionary of Old Icelandic, and I have also heard “Ver heill.”
This is mostly correct, but remember that adjectives in Old Norse need to be inflected for both gender and number. “Heill” would be used for a man, “heil” for a woman or a group of both men and women, “heilir” for multiple men, and “heilar” for multiple women. Unfortunately, there is no gender-neutral adjective that wouldn’t imply that one was talking about an object (like referring to someone as “it”).
Also, imperative verbs require an accompanying pronoun (þú or þér), so you’d say (for example) “komdu heill” or “komið þérheilar”.
“Heill!” as a standalone interjection works as well.
