I am extremely against calling days off “cheat days” and calling meals you don’t count calories for “cheat meals.” It’s not cheating. Cheating is something you should feel guilty for. It’s taking a break, which is never something you should feel guilty for. You do not consider weekends as “cheating” the school/work week so don’t do that with food.
this week has been rough.
one of those “nothing is going right” kinda weeks. and i started my period. yesterday i ate a subway sub, a pint of ice cream, and a lot of chocolate.
but you know what,
I. DON’T. FEEL. BAD.
i have lost 9 pounds in under 2 months.
i have been working my butt off (literally).
today is a new day.
