If you choose to eat what ever you want and weigh what ever you want and at the end of the day that’s what makes you happy then I say go for it!! Don’t ever do anything just because you think that’s what others want from you. You need to do things that make you happy and help you to create the life you want to live. If you want to look and feel a certain way then you have to put the effort in to get there. You need to eat healthy, you need to cook at home, you need to take time out for physical activity and hobbies, and you need to spend time with family or friends.
