I’ve cut my menstrual cup’s ring! And it feels much better now ;) I’ve had an continuous feel of it poking me and it was irritating my vagina, now I can’t feel it at all ;)
I wanted to wait with cutting the stim utill I get comfortable with inserting and pulling out my cup. I adapted to this quickly ;)
I’m also considering buying a bit smaller cup, but for now this one is okay.

Yesterday was just such a day. I hate wearing boring outfits to work, but sometimes you have to give way, especially if you work on Wall St. There always has to be some item that I’m wearing that gives it the “it” factor, and my Emilio Pucci scarf was just that on this outfit. The scarf is made of 100% silk, and it’s pretty big, at 34" x 34" inches.

Progress is slow but steady I stopped focusing so much on the scale number because I hit some big for me goals✅ I fit in Justin’s pants, which if you missed my early season breakdown about being so much bigger than my boyfriend this is a big thing. I was able to buy single digit size pants for the first time honestly ever. I don’t feel so uncomfortable with my body. I haven’t stuck to a real diet much, i work out when I can. Honestly it’s a lot of Keto coffee☕️, greens and Thermofit and some wraps.
