See, I’ve been getting super into the DC fandom lately (ie; phsyco-analyzing the Joker, and his many representations throughout various cannons), but South Park is still on my mind. I’ve just been stumped when it comes to figuring out content for SP, and it’s not my main priority rn.
However, the South Park fandom has been a huge part of my life for a couple years now, and within these couple of years, I’ve been working on bettering myself. It took a while (shit it’s still happening), but I’m finally in a place where I’m happy in life, and South Park was with me every step of the way. This, paired with my active ADHD, means it would honestly be impressive if I managed to drop my South Park obsession just like that. I will be back

Lastly, South Park aspires to be the most offensive piece of media on air, so trying to create a squeaky-clean fan base is unrealistic. There will be people who are genuinely terrible, there will be people who think that they are better than you for minor bullshit, there will be children who are irrationally pissed off at everything, there will be 60+ yr old white ppl who worship Cartman like a god. When these situations come up, the best thing to do is scroll. Getting engaged takes a lot of energy, and it’s usually better for your health to leave it alone. I get how much you want to talk sense into them, but 9/10 times they’re not going to care.
