Simple food. The humble #bakedpotato is that. I’ve loved potatoes in many forms from baked, mashed, new potatoes and occasionally chips.(nice with vinegar and #mushypeas.)

This meal with oven baked jacket potatoes homemade #vegan coleslaw (shredded red cabbage, carrots and @plamilfoods garlic mayo. (Yum) with cucumber, @tescofood free from vegan soft cheese and organic chives from my permaculture garden.
