This was the revision that I did last year of my grad project from 2016.
The project name will be changed to “Behind the Cheese” (if I decided to move on with developing this further XD, if not, I will share all of the images from the grad projects soon on this account!)

After years of listening to the soundtrack from 1967′s “Camelot” and turning on the movie while I paint, it seemed about time to make a painting tribute to Lancelot and Guinevere <3

Mike has been asking me to make a “Muppet” version of myself for awhile. It wasn’t until this holiday break that I had time to sit down and do it. So… meet Muppet Me! My new icon for 2021 :D

Lately as a fun personal project I’ve been working on a character design of one of my favorite ladies: Lucille Ball!
I grew up watching I Love Lucy with my Mom. She said Lucy was even playing on the hospital TV the day I was born.
I can’t tell you how often in my life watching I Love Lucy has made me laugh even when I was down.
The character Lucy Ricardo is a wonderful example of how a woman can be smart, kind, wacky, fashionable, classy, ridiculous, hilarious, driven, and a goofball all in one!
I hope you’ll stay tuned for more Lucy fun :P
