Happy Monday, Bookworms! Did you have a good weekend? Did you get any reading done? I did not get as much reading done over the weekend as I had hoped, but I did finish *The Kiss of Deception* and am halfway through *Book Lovers*, so that’s something. I am definitely hoping to finish up *Book Lovers* this week, and then maybe start *Book of Night* next. I have a crazy week ahead, but hopefully I can get in some reading time as well. Happy May the 4th Bookworms! Are you a Star Wars fan? Confession: I just recently watched all the movies for the very first time last year (or maybe the year before). I liked them, but I’m definitely more a fan of The Mandalorian. I love Grogu so much! Are you guys fans?

And have you read any books that are set in space? I had to think about this one, because I’ve not really read many! I totally could have used *The Martian* for this prompt, but I happened to remember this *Starbound* series by Amie Kaufman and Meagan Spooner, so I went with it. It’s been a long while since I read the first book, but I think it was set in space. I definitely need to do a reread of the series soon, as I don’t think I ever finished the last book. Happy Monday, Bookworms! Have you picked out or started your first read of May? I have already devoured my first book of the month. I listened to the audio of *The League of Gentlewomen Witches* yesterday and it was absolutely delightful! Just the book I needed to hopefully get me started on a great reading month. Today I am starting my reread of *The Kiss of Deception* and I can’t hardly wait to be back in one of my most favorite worlds! I imagine I will be getting through this book very quickly as well. And do you have any fun reading habits?? I’ve recently started playing ambient soundscapes from YouTube while I’m reading, and it’s so nice to have something soothing playing in the background. I really enjoy rain and seasonal ambience the most. Do you have any fun reading habits??

What books are you hoping to read in May??

Happy first day of May, Bookworms! Are you guys ready for a brand new month of reading? May is going to be a great month for new releases! I have quite a few of them on my reading list for this month. And there are just SO many others books that I want to read this month as well, I’m having a hard time picking which to go with. Part of me wants to do a Cozy Murder Mystery May theme, but I also want to read all the new romance I got recently, and catch up on my TBR from previous months, and read the books I started but haven’t finished, AND read all the new releases … I definitely have way too many options. I am for sure starting my yearly reread of *The Remnant Chronicles* this month and I am SOOOO excited to get back to one of my most favorite worlds! And did you have a good reading month? Mine was very meh. I started a whole bunch of different books this month, but only finished 3 of them, and 2 novellas as well. *Gallant* is the only physical book I read, the rest were ebooks and audiobooks. I really enjoyed them all though! And I’m hoping to finish one more book today, but I’m not sure if I will have time to or not. We shall see! What about you guys? How was your reading month?? Happy Thursday, fellow Bookworms! Do you like to travel? If you could go anywhere right now, where would you want to go? I’ve been slowly reading Christina Lauren’s new book this week while on vacation, and it’s definitely making me want to go on an adventure! (Which is funny because I’m not really the adventure type. ) The one place I would love to visit most of anywhere would be Venice, Italy. It looks so beautiful and has so much history that I want to learn. Maybe someday I will actually make it there. Where would you guys visit if you could visit anywhere??

Happy Wednesday, Bookworms! We are halfway to the weekend! Are you having a good week? Would you rather the weekend be here already? I’m enjoying my vacation, but also am very excited to go back home on Friday.

Do you listen to audiobooks? Care to recommend some awesome ones?? I looooooove audiobooks! They are really the best things ever, especially lately when my brain will not let me focus on books for very long. Being able to listen while I multitask is awesome. One series that I love on audio is the *Percy Jackson* series! The audio is so good, and if you haven’t already read the series, now is the perfect time to do so to be ready for the upcoming adaptation. I definitely plan to relisten to them soon. What about you? Any favorites or recently loved audiobooks? I need suggestions!
