Parte de mi #yogapractice de hoy! El apoyo de la tela hace que el enfoque no sea solamente en el #balance si no el disfrute de las aperturas y en el fluir del movimiento. Al hacer #yogaeveryday además de voluntad y disciplina urgen variar los sistemas de estímulo. Adoro utilizar #yogaprops ya que hacer un #asana con pared, tronco, tela o lo que haya! siempre habrá distintas sensaciones y el día a día el cuerpo reaccionará diferente.
