Well looks like I’m gonna have to find a new place to live again….after I just moved here a week ago
Me and my fiance are going to be home alone all of Friday night (A rarity) and we were going to do piss play (we rarely get the chance to). I’m also buying my first vibrator and I was going to pay extra to make sure it arrived for Friday. I was really looking forward to it all. I just came on my period. fml.
Today, Friday the 13th 2020, I have petted 2 black cats!!!
Challenge 143: Lucky Charms: Reading Rituals
Hey guys! For my piece, I’m combining two different ideas. I realized I have a number of little “rituals” that I do in life, sometimes specifically to prevent bad luck, sometimes just to… keep things… right? But I’m illustrating two of them here:
One is that whenever I’m reading, I always use three bookmarks– when I’m beginning, they’re at the halfway point, the ¼ point, and my actual progress point. As I reach the ¼ point, the middle bookmark goes to the ¾ point, and the ¼ bookmark goes to the middle. And then, as I reach each of these bookmark checkpoints, they each join my “progress bookmark stack.” Sometimes if there’s a significant section in the back for the bibliography or glossary or author’s notes, I’ll have another round of shifting when I reach the halfway, and move the bookmarks to include the actual ending. Anyway, typing all of this out makes it sound absolutely INSANE but I don’t think too hard about it in the process and my reading experience feels wrong without it. I’ve never thought of it in terms of luck exactly, but it’s the same superstitious part of my brain.
The second thing I’m representing here is crossed fingers on crossed hands. Whenever I say “good luck” or “I hope…” I will literally do this with my hand and feet every time. Gotta make sure I’m not jinxing anyone, right? We humans are so weird to make this stuff up… but here I am!

not going out of my apartment and not going to college these past ten days due to my very bad mental health but but contract the covid anyway ?? why can’t I have a bit of good luck, just for once

Last night I found this and a dollar bill in the grocery store parking lot and I thought, “well, man, that’s a good omen.”
This morning, I find an overdraft notice in my email because someone cashed a check early and I went to the grocery store the night before payday.

A Charm Bag For Breaking a Run of Bad Luck
- Either make or buy a green drawstring pouch about 2 inches deep
- Add in two pinches of the following:- Angelica Root | African Ginger | Fennel Seeds | Holy Thistle | Clove | Basil
- Then add in a small piece of Citrine
- During a full moon consecrate and charge the bag
- Make sure it is tied tightly and carry it with you at all times
- Replace every month.
I really like this, I’m going to try it with pyrite in place of citrine.

I’m feeling pretty lonely this Christmas, so I’m turning to the most reliable company I have: you. I’m missing so many things right now: family, my old life, having plenty of friends. I wouldn’t call it self pity, it is what it is, but I just have a lot of time and free head space right now. There’s no much spinning around in there. So many thoughts. So for tonight, I think I’ll just listen to everything that reminds me of you and try to forget the rest.
