Masallara inandırıldık doğduğumuzda, küçücük yaşlarımızda bile ikiye ayırdılar bizleri; iyi ve kötü sıfatlarıyla. Sonra bir kişilik koydular karşımıza; hiç hatası olmayan çok güzel tek kelimeyle mükemmel ve buna iyi dediler, sonra biri daha… öncelikle çirkin dediler ona sırf bu yüzden kötü sıfatını taktılar ona, kocaman hayal dünyamızda kuracağımız onlarca şeyi güzelliğe mahrum kıldılar böylece çirkin olanı kötülüğe maruzbıraktılar…
Kim bu sınırsız boşluğa iyinin içinde kötü olmayacağını söyledi ? Oysa hepimizin içinde olan değil miydi ?

Why I Wear Sweaters 24/7
Ppl: omg it’s like 80 degrees outside aren’t you hot in that!?
Me: perhaps temporarily but everywhere i go that’s indoors is blasting the air-conditioning and i get cold really quick.
Ppl: it’s not THAT cold inside
My anemic ass:… ok sure….
So basically this is something that I’ve always been picked on about by pretty much everyone in my family or even complete strangers (with the exception of my SO because they are amazing and dgaf what i wear). I worked on a cruise ship for a while and i ALWAYS wore sweaters or a hoodie…. In the Caribbean. I looked insane, sure, but i don’t get that hot like…. Ever. I’d rather look crazy but be comfortable and not shivering everywhere i go. And sweaters are cute af.
Idk if anyone else has had this happen to them but i figured I’d share cause perhaps i might find my perpetually cold twin lol.

I got a job!
I wanted to let you guys know that I finally managed to score a full time job at a fashion company! It’s a graphic designer and illustrator position too! I wasn’t sure if I was even going to get the job in the interview after many other let downs in the past but nope, I was hired the same day!
This is a good step for me as I can now start saving and working on this blog and my online store. In addition, I feel some of my creative juices returning. Posting a new comic will take me a bit so you guys won’t see a new comic until Sunday possibly.
Thank you all for supporting me! It’s been a long 4 and a half years of unemployment but I’m glad it’s over. I’m so excited, I start today!
