diamond-cavalier:

Holy Wowsers.

There are a LOT of you guys now. What Is Magic took off beyond my wildest dreams, in fact I thought it was going to be my least popular post. Instead we’re only a little less than 24 hours in and already over 150 notes! By the time I post this we’ll probably hit over 175 and I will die of Positive-Reinforcement-Overload.

This morning, before I logged on to see a sea of amazing people coming and reading my posts, I did a lesson on Energy Healing. Specifically in relation to creating balms and bandages, knowing what to use for each situation, and how to triage them! Without further ado, the lesson!

1. Balm Types

I call it energy balm because that’s sorta what I make it as, it feels like a balm to my hands when I use it. Before I show you all how to make the balm, I thought I’d tell you a little about the types I combine when I make it.

I use 6 colours to represent the types of energy for mixing the balm, and 1 colour to make the bandages afterwards. The energy types are:
Burning (Burns out bad energy)
Protection (Protects the wound)
Cleansing (To cleanse the energy of the area withoutburning)
Healing (Heals the wound)
Soothing (Astral painkillers/aloe vera)
and Restoring (Sets the patient’s energy to rebuild itself).

Between these six colours you can pretty much mix together a balm for almost any problem, and I’ll be talking about a few mixes I use later.

2. Making The Balm Pt 1 (Colours)

I always get people to make the balm by first taking white light energy, then splitting it into the traditional colours of the rainbow. Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, and Violet.

The reason that I use this system is because it lets me use six of them for the six types of energy I want to use, then the remaining one I can use for bandages. It all depends on what you associate the colours with or what colours you want to use! One of my students used a blue-green spectrum instead of a rainbow, and then related the energies to that. I’ll put my system below as a quick guide on how you can relate colours and energies.

Red: Burning, I associate red with burning so I just picked that.
Orange: Protection, I don’t know why but I always think of magic shields as orange.
Yellow: Cleansing, it’s a very pale yellow which I normally use for cleansing myself.
Green: Healing, it’s just a heal-y colour. Very life related.
Blue: Soothing, blue is always a mentally soothing colour to me.
Indigo: I use it for bandages.
Purple: Restoration, again, no idea, but it always felt like the right colour for it.

As you can see, I use emotional associations, but I don’t really know where all of it came from. So do what works for you, it’s all about giving intent the easiest path.

3. Making The Balm Pt 2 (Mixing And Changing)

To make a balm, start by picking out which energy types you need. Then, I get the colour spectrum my splitting an energy orb of white light into the colours of the rainbow in the spectrum. Then, pick the colours which you associate them with. Make sure to keep them as energy and not a balm consistency for the next bit.

Take the colours one at a time, we’ll start with how to do the first two:
Pick the colour orb and use your intent to encode the command into the energy, a lot like when you’re making energy constructs. Then get the next colour you need and do the same thing, now you have to mix them together. Merge the orbs but make sure they stay different colours, a mottled, spiralled, or striped effect will work best for this. Then take the other required colours and mix them in!

The energy ball you have now should include everything you need! But it’s still not a balm, so you have to change it into one. I change them into a balm by visualising the energy slowing until it’s a balm-like consistency. That tends to work.

Now you have an energy balm! To apply it to people simply use some bilocation to put it on their wounds.

4. Bandages and Triage

To make bandages, start by taking the leftover colour of the rainbow, or by taking any colour you associate with bandaids, and start spinning and stretching it out into a long piece of cloth. After that, you should have some bandages to put on someone if needed.

I have a triage list when it comes to a group of injured witches. Mainly because I act as an emergency astral first aid and protection contact. It goes like this:

1. Unknown Unidentified Pain
2. Parasites
3. Extremely Bad Cuts
4. Cuts and Scrapes
5. Burns
6. Broken Bones.

The first one can be treated by looking for reasons behind the pain as quickly as you can. It’s best to deal with this early, it could be anything from void energy, to a curse, to a continued attack from an entity. Parasites can be removed, burned, and then assisted with the Burning energy to make sure you have everything related to them out.

5. Some Quick Recipe Mixes

It is always best to make the mixture on the spot rather than keeping it. But here are a few recipes to remember.

Burns:
Cleansing
Healing
Soothing
Restoring

Parasite Care:
Burning
Protection
Soothing
Restoring

Cut and Stab Wounds:
Cleansing
Healing
Soothing

Happy energy healing everyone! I hope it’s fun.

The Crystal Skulls are often referred to as ‘Beacons of Divine Light’. At their highest and purest level they act as Divine Amplifiers to a host of Crystalline energies, and are Divine Creators of Reality.

The Crystal Skulls can be Accessed in the Physical Realms, for instance through working with one of our AncientOld or Contemporary Crystal and Gemstone Crystal Skulls in our Crystal Consciousness Carvings range of Meditation and Journeying Pieces.

Crystal Skulls can also be Accessed on the Inner Planes through Meditation. However, we wouldALWAYS recommend a Physical Crystalline Reference Point be used when Meditating within theCrystalline Realms

The Crystal Skulls work in different ways and with different Crystalline energy, and therefore, with different Crystalline Guides than that which is experienced by working with, for instance, a Quartz Crystal Sphere.

By working with the Crystal Skull Consciousness,  these different Crystalline energies can be experienced and subsequently presented into our Awareness to help to Build an Inner Crystalline Bridge of Light between our Outer Physical Body and our Inner Higher Awareness.

CROWN CHAKRA AND THIRD EYE OPENER ASCENSION WAND

This Crystal Wand open and activates both the third eye and crown chakras. This Crystal Wand is made with Amethyst clusters and Quartz crystal points.

Quartz (Clear)[Seventh/Crown Chakra]: Radiates the Divine white light and allows the user to work with that light. It’s a receiver, amplifier, conductor and generator of energy. It helps open psychic centers, thus enabling one to meditate more deeply. It is particularly helpful when used during meditation or when working to contact or align with Spirit or one’s higher self.

Amethyst (Purple) [Sixth/Third Eye Chakra]: One of the best stones for meditation and it works especially well when placed over the third eye (between your eyebrows). It’s a calming stone–it works in the emotional, Spiritual, and physical planes to provide calm, balance, patience, and peace. Emotionally, amethyst can help heal personal losses and grief. Amethyst promotes peacefulness, happiness, and contentment. It also brings emotional stability and inner strength. [Note: Amethyst has always been my favorite crystal-I love the color and I love the overall energy and how it helps open up the Third Eye.]

We each have our own personal vibration, or rate of frequency, and attract like frequencies to us. O

We each have our own personal vibration, or rate of frequency, and attract like frequencies to us. Our vibration can vary depending on the people we are around, foods or anything else we take in, current thoughts and feelings, and even the

city we live in. The higher our vibration is, the better we feel physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. It’s important to designate an area whether it’s a corner or an entire room, as your sacred space or personal sanctuary. This space can be used for meditation, reading, praying, yoga, or any other activity that inspires you. Higher vibrations will attract the things we want and manifestation can take place. Combining the use of daily affirmations with both the power of intention and gratitude is highly effective when it comes to raising your vibration.

Life is a joy filled with delightful surprises
I choose love, joy and freedom
I open my heart
I allow wonderful things to flow into my life
Being happy is my birthright
I choose and deserve to be happy

My first poetry book release from a collection of poems 2016-2019. About reflection of my home and leaving to try to create my own.

The video is a form of reiki for those suffering at this time ♥️love and healing

I’ve tried journaling so many times & I often fall off or am not consistent. This daily prompt has been the only one to work for me consistently so far. I found out about the fears & resentments list from a channel on YouTube called Crappy Childhood Fairy. It’s not only good for releasing “normal” day-to-day fears, but have helped me so much in healing my trauma that has been at work on a subconscious level.

Because a lot of the time (every day) Im healing a different aspect of my trauma, I felt it was needed to add in a list of things that Im proud of myself for & a gratitude list. It reminds me that I am further in my healing than I give myself props for & helps ground me in the present.

Another personal touch that helps me is listening to meditation music, rain sounds, or just about any relaxing music that will help me as I write and process ♥️

Another #selfhelp hack especially for those that have trouble organizing their thoughts ( like me) or have planners leftover from school.

How I make the prompt work for me is writing the fears/resentments [Step 1] on either a separate notebook or way in the back of the planner where the “notes” section is.

For [Step 2 ] Things I’m proud of myself for/Gratitude list- I use the boxes that are in the daily notes behind the calendar

For [step 3] “ I am” statements

I actually wait until Sunday to do. In the “ weekly to do” section I write a gratitude list based on the entire week & the in the empty box next to it I write my “ I am” statements to set the tone & energy of the upcoming week. *even if your handwriting is too big to fit info these tiny boxes, this layout is a great way to organize your thoughts*

Get creative!

As many of you know, one service I offer on this blog are energy readings. I have gotten a lot of inquiries on how I do these readings, so I would like to inform you on my methods as well give you tips on how to do them yourself. Please note that I am not an expert nor do I have the final say on how to do energy readings properly, this is just my experience.

Understanding Energy
The way I understand energy is as the force that inhabits everything at one point or another. Everything has an energy signature, down to the smallest grain of sand. However, the energy of living things is a bit different. There have been many names given to this energy but it is most often known as one’s life force. The hardest part of an energy reading is picking up on one’s particular energy among the trillions of energy sources swirling around at any given moment, but I will tell you how I do this.

How to Read Someone’s Energy

My method for reading energy is going to be different from everyone else’s. Your method for reading energy will be different from everyone else’s. Everyone has their own techniques for reading energy, but here are a few of mine.

  1. Sit in a comfortable location with at least part of you pressed firmly against the ground.
  2. If you are reading for someone irl, have them sit near you. Physical contact often helps if both of you are comfortable with that.
  3. If you are reading for someone not physically present, it can help to have a piece of them “sit” in front of you. I ask for names and blog urls when I do my readings so that I have an energy signature to focus on but you really can use anything or nothing at all, whatever helps you get a lock on the other person’s energy.
  4. Sit in front of the person or blog and close your eyes. A bit of meditation before you try to tap into their energy is a good idea.
  5. Feel the energy of the earth under you and feel out this individual’s energy as it appears, a piece of the earth just like you.
  6. Grab onto this energy. Snatch it from the earth just briefly. Images, smells, tastes, sounds, colors, and feelings should come to you as you feel their energy. Keep a mental note of what you experience and write it down once you return.
  7. What you have experienced while feeling someone’s energy is their energy reading. It may be a bit of a jumbled mess, but that’s okay. Everyone’s energy is different but there may also be some overlap, which is also okay.

You can give someone their energy reading in many forms. I give mine as a paragraph with everything I saw, yours may be only a line or two. Everyone experiences different things when reading energy and having shorter readings isn’t a bad thing. You may even pick up on more or less energy from each individual. Its totally okay if some readings are long and others very short.

So…. What if your energy reading doesn’t resonate with me, like, at all?

There could be a great number of reasons your reading went screwy. As I said before, energy can neither be created nor destroyed, it simply changes shape. This being said, it could be a number of factors.

  1. I am picking up not on your energy, but the energy of someone very close to you. If you have been in contact with them recently, pieces of your energy sometimes clings to them.
  2. It could also be that I am reading into the energy of one of your past lives, something you won’t necessarily resonate with or remember.
  3. It could also be that the reading was accurate but maybe some part of it was hard to hear, or some repressed memory. This is not the fault of the reader, in the long run it is up to the client to interpret the reading.
  4. It could also be external factors in my own life clouding my ability to pick up on your energy. My cat knocks over a vase in another room and not thinking I write that in as your energy because I was so lost in the moment.
  5. It could also be you’re my last in a long line of energy readings and I am exhausted and hurriedly trying to get through your reading without paying attention to detail.
  6. It could be any number of things, all acting upon one another. Keep an open mind.

Whatever the reason for your energy reading not being accurate, it is best to just be polite and move on. No good will come of harassing a reader, especially if they are offering a free service.

I just did an energy reading and I’m exhausted!

Yup, that’s a real thing and totally normal. Energy readings can be draining, especially for beginners, as you expend some of your energy when you tap into the earth and go out in search of other energies. This is especially draining at first if you have not yet learned how to shield your energy when searching in the energy field and subsequently some of it may be leeched out. Here are some self care tips to help you regenerate faster.

  1. Time yourself. I like to light a stick of incense before I start my readings. Once it is completely burned out, I stop no matter what I’m doing and go drink some water and just do something I enjoy for 30 minutes or so before returning to readings.
  2. Eat or drink something sugary or high in carbohydrates while you read to return energy lost. I like to munch on sweet cherries while I read.
  3. Learn to shield yourself from energy drain. I imagine my energy dressed in a suit of impenetrable armor before I search out someone’s energy. Your shield can come in any manor of form, find one that feels right to you and keeps the pesky energy leech out.
  4. Take little breaks in between readings, even just a minute or two to catch your breath.
  5. Use crystals to return your energy. I like to take some moon-charged amethyst and hold it in my palm during breaks, feeling its energy flow into me.
  6. Practice self care. Shower, change your clothes, put on some lotion or makeup… Anything like that will help replenish energy.
  7. Take a nap! I have a bad habit of doing energy readings as soon as I wake up and then I’m dead for the rest of the day. Napping helps immensely.
  8. Know your limits. You probably won’t be able to do 20 energy readings your first day. Pacing is so important.
  9. If you are doing energy readings online, be prepared to use the block button. Some people are going to be rude, but that is their problem not yours.
  10. Have fun! If energy readings become stressful take a break. If someone is waiting on you for their energy reading, they will understand if it comes a little late. If not, fuck ‘em. You don’t owe anything to people who don’t care about your well being as a reader.

There are a great many things you can do to recharge after an energy reading, but these are just a few of my favorites. Everyone is different, and respecting that is key.

Remember actually enjoying yourself is key. Good luck with your energy readings!

Sometimes, those you care about are having a rough time. And you want to help! It’s natural to want to use what you know to help others. Here’s a spell I use to do just that.

What You Need:

  • turquoise
  • amethyst
  • lavender
  • rose petals
  • red candle

Now, set it all up. Candle in the middle, I sprinkled the lavender and rose petals around said candle. The lavender is to help soothe my particular person’s deep sadness, while the rose petals symbolize my love for them.

I held the amethyst in one hand, for protection and clearing mind clutter, allowing for clarity and healing. Turquoise for another type of protection, more physical. Both to help clear the person’s mind and aid them.

Then, I focused. Focused on how much I cared for the person, how much they meant to me, times we’d had in the past that meant so much to me. I thought of how my strength was given to them and how I wanted them to be better and safer and feel loved.

After a little while of this, I bottle the exact lavender and rose petals I used to give to the person at a later date!

SYMBOLS AND VISUALIZATION By Stephen H. Barrett
(Using Symbols to Call In Extra Energy)

A good first step in learning to give more powerful and effective healing treatments is to learn to call in greater amounts of healing energy into yourself. In fact, the effective use of most of the healing tools you will learn in Chios Level II also requires that you have the ability to call in this greater amount of energy for use in healing.

In the first Chios level you learned how to call in the energy by “seeing,” in your mind’s eye, the energy flowing into you from all around, down your arms and into your hands and then conducting into your patient. In this level, you will also use healing symbols, which are tools—vehicles for the focus of energy. Your first important use of healing symbols will be to employ them to greatly add to the amount of energy you call in and channel into your patient. It is possible to call in and channel the energy without using symbols, as you already have done, but your use of symbols will add much to the quantity and power of the energy you are able to bring in and channel. The symbols will have other uses that you will learn, too, such as clearing blocked chakras.

There are three symbols used in this level of the Chios system: the Circle, the Trine, and the Star. These symbols are simple and elementary, it is true, but they are also closely related to the elementary essence of all existence—they are simple and close to the essence and this gives them the potential to be powerful and effective. Humanity has had an instinctive understanding of the powers that move in the physical world, the essence of the powers that make existence possible, the powers that build form and give shape to all we know. This instinctive understanding recognizes the shape of these powers, and in the mind’s eye these symbols take shape as representative of the most fundamental and important aspects of the creative power of the field of pure consciousness.

These symbols are not merely physical shapes; they are universal symbols that correspond to universal patterns of energy and awareness. There is, in each symbol, an essence linked to the shape. They are, in their essence, representations of the ways in which energy and awareness flows in our manifested world, and are therefore useful in healing work. Do not think that because these Chios symbols are simple they cannot be powerful. At various times in the past, humanity has been much more aware of the power and uses of simple symbols than we are today, in our modern technological civilization, where it is often mistakenly assumed that something must be complex to be powerful. These three symbols have been known and used as symbols of power in virtually every culture on earth, and in the magical tradition as well. While there are other symbols that have been used in healing work, these particular symbols are as powerful, and potentially more powerful, than any.

It may interest you to have some idea of the meaning and the essence behind each of these symbols—indicative of the energy patterns they represent—and this is given below. Do not be bound by these descriptions, however, because a true understanding of the essence of these symbols transcends description. The description is only an approximation of an essence to each symbol that is beyond words or ideas. It is important, therefore, not to think of any meaning when using these symbols, but just to be aware of the symbol itself. The true meaning and power is inherent in each symbol.

The Circle:

The Circle, which is the outline of a circle (not filled in), is the symbol of wholeness, unending life force, and the unity of creation—the beginning and end of all things. It attunes with the all. It is complete, and draws together and encompasses all that is. It also represents duality, inside and outside, but shows, in its completeness, that apparent duality resolves itself in unity, in one being. This is the pattern of energy and awareness inherent in the shape of the Circle.

In healing, one often works with separated (polar) energies—energies not completely connected or harmonious. The Circle not only calls forth polar energies; it pulls them together and resolves them. You will shortly learn to use the Circle (in combination with the Trine) to call in a greater amounts of the energy, at the beginning of treatments. When calling in the energy using these two symbols, the Circle is used first, to draw life energy from the earth and all around, using the body life force to receive the universal life energy, the two energies meeting. It uses the energy that is already in the body to receive the energy that exists all around. It assists you the healer in opening yourself to, and in bringing in, the energy.

The Circle creates an opening of the spirit, a balanced harmony between the spirit and the earth.

The Trine:

The Trine, which is the outline of an equilateral triangle (not filled in), is the symbol of penetration to higher levels of existence. It increases the rate of vibration of the energy and the vibrational level of your awareness, and awakens the mind to the higher levels. It points upward and connects this world to the higher worlds. This is the pattern of energy and awareness inherent in the shape of the Trine.

Its three sides correspond to the many trinities in spiritual systems, but especially as a symbol of the passing, from one to the other, between incarnation and discarnate life (the base points of the Trine), with the goal of spiritual growth and rising above the world towards a state of self-realization and spiritual liberation. As a symbol of this ascension, it represents a heightened and broadened awareness, and a refined perception: an ascension to a higher level of reality.

When the Trine is used at the beginning of healing treatments, it takes the universal life energy that has been brought in, by the Circle, and moves it upwards towards higher vibrational levels—it raises the energy to a higher rate of vibration. This lends a more powerful and purifying effect to the healing energy, and also increases your sensitivity to the energy.

The Trine leads the spirit towards growth; it is an elevation of the personal spirit as it relates to this existence, a rising from the earth.

The Star:

The Star, a regular five pointed star filled in to a solid shape, is a channel for energy between our physical world and the field of pure consciousness which is the spiritual source and essence of all creation. It is different from the Trine, but can be thought of as the Trine symbol focused and combined with this earth (trine shapes spaced around a circular outline). The Star has five points pointing in, and five pointing out, indicative of this use as a channel for energy between this world and the higher spiritual reality. This is the pattern of energy and awareness inherent in the shape of the Star.

One way the Star is used in Chios is to draw and focus energy from the higher level into this physical world: to tap the healing power inherent in pure consciousness and channel it down into the physical body to correct major distortions in energy flow which would otherwise be very difficult to correct. The Star is also very effective when used to treat the 7th chakra. The Star (as a channel between our worldly life and the realm of pure consciousness) has a close correspondence with the nature of the 7th chakra (our spiritual totality—the total relationship we have between the world of spirit and our material existence). The energetic pattern inherent in the Star conforms with the spiritual nature of the 7th chakra, and so the 7th chakra can be powerfully cleared and energized through use of the Star.

The Star is beyond the earth—it is where there is no beginning and no end, to a broader existence, not even existence, beyond existence. As we all exist on this earth now, we also exist above. As you might stand on the shore and watch the waves on the ocean, feeling a stirring within, the Star calls forth the beyond and all times. It is our higher self, the totality of our being. The Star is a channel to a realm beyond time and space. It is the light above us, and in us, and leads to an understanding of eternity.

Using Visualization to Direct Energy:

The ability of these three Chios symbols to direct energy is activated by visualizing them. Visualization is a very useful tool in healing, because it enables you to direct energy in many different ways. “Energy follows thought” is a well-known maxim, and the meaning of this saying is that the proper visualization of energy flow, in your mind’s eye, is sufficient to direct the energy in whatever manner you desire. This may be done by visualizing the flow of the energy itself, in whatever pattern desired, or through other methods—the use of symbols which represent patterns of energy flow being an important example. When you visualize a pattern of energy flow, in your mind’s eye, the energy is activated to flow in that manner. When you visualize a symbol in your mind’s eye, the nature of energy flow that is contained in the essence of that symbol is activated, and the energy flows according to that nature. Both of these uses of visualization are important and will be used in Chios Level II.

In order to make effective use of this ability to direct energy through visualization, however, you must visualize in the proper way. When you visualize an energy flow, for example, it is important to understand that visualization is not the same as “thinking about” the desired energy flow, or “pretending to see” the energy flow, but is a process of sensing and becoming the energy flow, in your mind’s eye. Visualizing in the proper way, by sensing and becoming the desired energy flow, allows you to become a pure channel for the healing power of pure consciousness, which is what actually directs the energy in the manner visualized and cause it to heal the energy field of your patient in the manner required. When you visualize a symbol, it is similarly important that you sense and become one with the symbol, and not merely “think about” or “pretend to see” it. This proper visualization of the symbol is what activates the inner essence, the inherent power of the symbol from the field of pure consciousness, and sets the energy flow into motion according to the pattern of energy flow that the symbol represents. Visualization is the process of maintaining a particular symbol or a pattern of energy flow in your awareness, in a complete and effortless way. It must be effortless, because you are creating a pure channel in yourself—effort is an imposition of your mind, and clouds the real power which flows through you. This is this proper practice of visualization: an effortless sensing and becoming. You are the flow of energy. You are the symbol. In visualization, as with every healing tool you will learn in Chios, the power ultimately comes from the connection to pure consciousness that lies within you.

In Chios, you will learn techniques that will often require you to visualize a desired flow or pattern of energy, a symbol, or even both at the same time. Every technique that you will learn and use to heal the various defects that you will encounter in the energy field of your patients will require you to use your visualization ability in some way. Every time you will need to use visualization in this correct manner, during Chios Levels II and III, we will specify that you “visualize, sense and become” whatever is required, so you become a pure channel for healing power, in whatever form you need it, to heal.

You began to use your visualization ability in Chios Level I when you learned to call in the energy at the beginning of treatment—you began to see, in your mind’s eye, the energy flowing into you, conducting through you, and then into your patient. Now you will employ your power of visualization to add the visualization of two Chios symbols—the Circle and the Trine—to more powerfully bring in and raise the vibrational rate of the energy so that you can channel a greater quantity and quality of energy into your patient. It is your natural ability to call in the energy and refine it, in this way. Your visualization of the energy coming into you, and the visualization of the symbols, merely activates this ability.

If you have begun to learn the practice of Chios Meditation, you will have a good understanding of the process of visualization already, and your experience of it through your meditation practice will be of great benefit to you in your use of these symbols and the various other healing techniques in this level. If you have not yet studied Chios Meditation, that’s fine. The following exercise will give you some practice in this correct method of visualization, by visualizing the Chios symbols:

  1. Sit comfortably with your eyes closed, and seek a calmness, a quietness in your mind. Now imagine, in your mind, the Circle. Now, do not merely think about, or pretend to see the Circle, but begin to feel its circular shape with your mind. Ask yourself, how does it feel to be that shape? Feel that you are the Circle, and should other feelings or thoughts come up, simply drop them—allow them to become unimportant as you just return your focus of awareness to sensing only the circular shape of the Circle alone.
  2. Seek to merge with the Circle, feel your entire being sensing, moving into and becoming one with the Circle. If you find yourself thinking about the Circle, stop thinking and just be it. If you find yourself pretending to see the Circle, release the visual portion of your awareness of it—the portion of your awareness that “sees” it as if you were using your eyes—and just become it. Do not think about or pretend to see the Circle. Be the Circle. Sense it effortlessly.
  3. Continue sensing yourself as the Circle for a moment, then end the exercise by stopping your sensing of the Circle and resting for a moment, with your eyes closed.
  4. Repeat this exercise with the other two Chios symbols to gain a sense of them, also. The Trine is sensed in its outline shape, but the Star is sensed more as a solid (filled in) object, with its points.

Calling in the Energy Using Visualization of Symbols:

You are now ready to call in the energy using the Circle and the Trine. In visualizing the energy begin to flow into you, and in visualizing these symbols in order to increase and refine its flow, be sure to remember that your visualizations must be done effortlessly, and with a release to the energy. To call in the energy using visualization of these symbols, follow this procedure:

  1. Stand by yourself for a moment, eyes closed, and visualize the energy beginning to flow into you. Really see and feel it coming into you from all around, coursing through your body, through your shoulders and arms and down to your hands. Feel it begin to collect in your hands. Visualize this energy flowing into you—not by thinking or pretending to see—but now by effortlessly sensing and becoming this energy flow, in your mind’s eye.
  2. Now, visualize, sense and become the Circle. Sense yourself as the Circle, and then feel the Circle as being composed of a white light, brought to a dazzling, flaring brightness of light, and held in the mind for about 10 seconds, and then dimmed. Bring the Circle to brightness in this way for two additional times, for a total of three times, and then dimmed.
  3. Visualize, sense and become the Trine. Sense yourself as the Trine, and then feel the Trine brought to a dazzling, flaring brightness, held in the mind for about 10 seconds, and then dimmed. Bring the Trine to brightness in this way for two additional times, for a total of three times, then dimmed.
  4. Now visualize, sense and become the Circle again, brought to a final, single, quieting brightness, unlike a flare, a brightness that is held in your mind for about 10 seconds, and then swells and fills out into you, a warm light suffusing into your entire body.

You will sense the greater energy as a stimulating feeling in your body and hands. The harnessing of the energy provides a sensation in the body similar to what you experience when feeling strong emotions—you should feel a definite tingling and some degree of heat, in your hands, now that you’ve learned to call in greater amounts of the energy and raise its vibrational rate. Note that the Star is never used at the beginning of treatment when calling in the energy.

Tried and True Favorite Healing Spells?

Anyone willing to share any good healing spells? Specifically ones that have worked for you in the past?

This is intended to be done for an elderly macaque that is having a mobility issue (dm me if you need more details). I can’t use anything involving touch.

Obviously she is under veterinary treatment (witchcraft is not a substitute for medical care - you know the standard disclaimer), but I want to give her some extra aid if I can.

My thoughts so far are

  • using meditation and visualization to send her healing energy, focusing on the problem area
  • use divination to try to nail down the issue and/or gain insight on how best to help her heal
  • Invoke the aid of a Frigg (because of deities I work with, I feel she would be most helpful in this) if she’s willing
  • Use a small representation if this monkey (probably crochet it) and use that as a focus for sending healing
  • Any combination of the above

Whatever I do I know it’s probably going to be energetically taxing for me, and my energy is limited so I am going to have to choose carefully.

Anyways… Thoughts? Suggestions?

dawn-sleeper:

I have yet to find a post on energy healing that focuses on the process beyond pinpointing and clearing blockages. I feel like there’s more to healing that could be talked about, though there’s definitely a good chance that I’ve just not found the posts that go into detail about this. Nevertheless, here’s my take on approaches for energy healing, specifically for injuries in the physical or astral. (I don’t mention the use of crystals and herbs and such because I don’t use them and therefore don’t feel like I should try to cover something I’m not familiar with.)

There are three major approaches I think of when trying to heal injuries and their pros and cons:

Increasing Healing Speed

The first is boosting someone’s natural healing process. I see this method done most often when people are doing healing, so I think this is kind of the go-to method for most healers. The way I would go about this is to envision the injury healing in progression, consciously seeing the stages of healing while pouring energy into it.

Pros

  • Because we’ve all sustained some sort of injury before and know what the process of healing is like, envisioning this method is easier
  • It’s a solid method-not much could go wrong as long as you intend to heal. At worst, nothing will happen

Cons

  • This can be pretty draining, especially if it’s a significant injury. Let’s say that it takes 10 points of energy for an injury to naturally heal over the course of 10 days. Regardless of time, the same amount of energy is required to heal that injury. Essentially what you would be doing is condensing the energy spending by using maybe 4-5 points of energy over the course of the healing session and then allowing the injury to heal itself in less than 10 days, instead of 1 point every day for 10 days.
  • It might also take a toll on the person you’re healing. This would happen if you intend for the injury to heal faster but you don’t provide the energy to do so. I’ve only seen this happen with beginner healers or those who don’t have much energy to spare. It’s not a terrible thing, but definitely not something that you want to happen without warning.

Erasing the Injury

The second method is erasing the injury, or erasing the effects of the injury. This would be done by maybe visualizing an eraser rubbing an injury away leaving no traces. You would be dispersing the energy of injury in the area until it is minimized. Not gonna lie, this one’s kind of a weird one but it works well for some people. I personally only do this for minor injuries and particularly if the pain needs to be dealt with immediately.

Pros

  • It works really well on minor injuries, and is relatively fast (maybe because I don’t like to use this method on bigger things though)
  • You see more immediate effects, to a point. Meaning the pain may lessen faster but the injury won’t suddenly be gone or anything like that.

Cons

  • I would say that this one is harder to visualize, because it’s not the same as envisioning the progression of natural healing. Envisioning something that would not occur in reality, like an injury being erased, can be a little difficult.
  • In my opinion this shouldn’t be done on significant injuries, or at least it shouldn’t be the only healing done. This is because most significant injuries should heal at a moderate rate so that it doesn’t take a toll on the body and so that the body can learn from the injury itself. Many times when a significant injury happens, the person needs to learn from it and erasing might interfere with that.

Softening the Impact

This method goes to the root of the problem and requires sending energy back in time to when the injury was inflicted. Usually I only need to use this for very deep wounds. This one’s a little tricky to explain, but for those who are already experienced in energy work it will probably work just by intuitively finding the origin of the injury and then going from there. What would help is to try to feel the timeline of a person’s healthfulness and then to try to look for the initial point where the energy signature of the injury occurred. For those not as experienced in energy work, you might need to ask a person about how the injury came to be, and then to guide energy to that point in time. Once you locate the root of the wound, what you would do is lessen the impact of the injury by cushioning the affected area with energy. So let’s say a kid fell off his bike and bruised his knee, you would send energy back to right before he fell and wrap your energy around it in a cushion form. You could also send energy to right after he fell if you want to do a first aid type initial healing. There’s more that can be explained about this method but this is the gist of it.

Pros

  • It’s really good for deep wounds as mentioned before. For wounds that leave scars, this is the method I would use to treat them.
  • It’s thorough. Getting to the root of problems is almost always the most thorough way, and I say “almost” just to give people the benefit of the doubt.

Cons

  • It can be intrusive. Any situation where a deep wound is inflicted is one that that a person likely would not want to share. There is a possibility that you will accidentally read into what happened even if you try not to. There’s also the possibility of the injured person reliving the moment as you’re healing. Be very careful of respecting people’s space and privacy when using this method. I tell people how I will go about healing them regardless, but always, alwaysask for a person’s permission before using this method, and make sure they 100% understand what you will be doing and what could happen.
  • This method requires a lot of detailed work, and can be difficult. I do not recommend this to newer energy workers, because it takes some time getting used to energy before being able to pinpoint times that healing needed to occur. This is not a challenge for new energy workers!!! Don’t read this and think that you should try to be “the exception” or whatever. Don’t try to make your healing sessions a source of triumph. The best energy workers are those who are responsible. The best healers do what is the safest and most comfortable for those they’re working with. By knowing what you should and shouldn’t do and what your pace should be, you’re being a good energy worker already.

Anyways this post is getting much longer than I anticipated. For those that might read this, please note that these are my experiences only and that they don’t pertain to every healer. These are also not the only methods of healing, just some of them. As I progress and if people bring up stuff I’ll probably come back to edit or add to this post. One of my companions is a healer as well, so if she shows different things that she does I may tack that on as well.

How do we bridge the connection of our Spiritual Self and our Physical world?

In the mists of Spiritual Awakening, Kundalini Awakening, Ascension Symptoms, how does Energy work through them?

I often get this question since I started talking more about manifestation:

Why do you talk about manifestation when you’re an expert on Kundalini Awakening?  What does Manifestation have to do with Kundalini?

The further i’ve explored into my Awakening journey, i’ve learned that Healing, Manifestation and kundalini are 100% an Interconnected conversation.

Kundalini energy is LIFE FORCE ENERGY.

It is purely a Manifestation Current.

the more you understand your energetic patterns you can easily begin to understand Kundalini

Because it is dominating the show around how you are:

A. Healing

B. Manifesting.

C. Your Giving and Receiving Dynamics that are creating how you are healing and manifesting in your life.

There is not a separate container for Kundalini and enlightenment

A separate environment for Manifestation and the Law of Attraction and then another one for healing your past karma and wounds.

Nope, these are all working in tandem simultaneously

The more you see how they are connected it becomes a hella lot easier to understand what is actually going on within your Kundalini/Spiritual awakening.

Rather than focus on freaking out about symptoms or excessively trying to cope with the symptoms.

This is the real conversation and question you should be asking yourself:

How does the energy work?

In today’s video Let’s explore how we can bridge the gap between our Spiritual Self and our Physical Reality so you can see the interconnection that is occurring.
