Getting better every day! I can’t run anymore. At least not until after my knee surgeries. But I’m getting more creative at doing less knee intensive workouts! There’s been such precious time for my art lately. And I could tell it was doing bad things for my mind. It is worth it to stay up a little later and sacrifice sleep so that I can clear my head and be a better mother to my little ones.
