you’re my favourite mistake.
Been home for 2 hours and can’t stop thinking about how we put a central line (with platelet count of 50 on xeralto) in this guy with practically no labs and… yeah I’m terrified he’s going to bleed to death since I was just updated that his hemoglobin dropped a gram and a half… We also have no idea why he’s so sick in the first place….
And now instead of sleeping I’m going to ruminate about it all night so I can go back to work tomorrow twice as sleep deprived as I am currently.
