I dropped my last piece of conte and it broke into a million pieces, so I decided to try a new thing and use a pen for an extra life session! I think they came out alright. :D

STARFORT 5: Episode 101 (thumbnails)
I have suddenly recieved an influx of new followers but I’m not sure why… regardless, here are some pen and ink thumbnails for chapter 1 of my comic Starfort 5! I can’t wait to work on this some more!

‘A Journey In the Dark’
The third and final diorama I created for my end of year art show.
This was inspired by the books of my childhood and by my own rather dark imagination; of all the dioramas, this one ifs the one with mos hidden from view, difficult to see. Fabulous creatures and plants spring fro the pages of books while more books are stacked and shelved, or else topple through the air. It is a wondrous library.
The diorama is made of eight layers of pen and ink drawings, each spaced roughly 2cm apart in a box of foam board which is papered in pages from an old copy of The Lord of The Rings, which was missing some pages.

‘The Great River’
The second of three dioramas I made for my end of year art show.
This was inspired by my time spent in Cornwall, particularly in the sea, and also by my own rather dark imagination (spot the octopus ;) ).
The diorama is made of eight layers of pen and ink drawings, each spaced about 2cm apart and stuck into a box made of foam board and papered in pages from an old copy of The Lord of The Rings, which was missing some pages.

‘The Old Forest’
The first of three dioramas I created for my end of year art exhibition. Based upon childhood memories of The New Forest, which I grew up exploring, and upon my own rather dark imagination.
This is made up of eight layers of pen and ink drawings, each spaced about 2cm apart in a box made from foam board and papered in pages from an old copy of Lord of The Rings which was going to be thrown out because it was missing pages.
