Peru Countryside From Walk To the Inca Bridge
Possibly the second most popular tourist attraction in Peru after Machu Picchu. The walk ends at the famed Machu Picchu. I took the train but many people enjoy taking the trail to explore the countryside and follow in the footsteps of the Incas. Definitely worth it if you have the time and love hiking.

Municipal Theater, Rio de Janeiro
When I was in Brazil, I found a great place to stay in a neighborhood in the center of downtown Rio de Janeiro called Cinelandia, a redeveloped arts district. I had a fantastic view of the municipal theater which is one of the most beautiful architectural buildings in the city.
The building is designed in an eclectic style, inspired by the Paris Opéra of Charles Garnier. The outside walls are inscribed with the names of classic Eurocentric & Brazilian artists.

Cerro Santa Lucia in Santiago, Chile
Cerro’s in Spanish are hills and Santiago is filled with them. The border with Argentina is home to the massive Andes mountains and a short drive away from the city you can access the highest peak in the western hemisphere, Mount Aconcagua.
One of the Cerros you want to visit is Santa Lucia. With quite of bit of history behind it this is the actual spot where the city of Santiago was founded in Pedro de Valdivia in 1541.

Panoramic view of Medellin
Medellin is the second-largest city in Colombia. It is located in the Aburrá Valley, a central region of the Andes Mountains in South America.
The city is just a great place to be, with a very rich culture. The Colombian people, specifically paisas (people from the Medellin region), are some of the most warm and gracious people that you will ever meet traveling around the world. They are some of the most open people I have ever met.

Welcome to Paradise, Paradise Lagoon to be exact (Lagoa Paraiso means Paradise Lagoon). The lagoon is part of an extensive set of lagoons that are found in the area near the city of Jericoacoara, Brazil. What makes this place so unique is that these are actually fresh water lagoons, not salt water beaches.

Squirrel or rabbit? Neither! It’s the southern viscacha (Lagidium viscacia).
This rodent lives in South America and is a skilled climber that inhabits mountainous areas. A gregarious critter, the viscacha lives in colonies, which consist of multiple family units that can be as large as 75 individuals. During the day, it bathes in the Sun and forages for vegetation such as grasses, mosses, and lichens.

Watching the morning sunrise at the top of a cold soft sand dune with him Huacachina was hands down one of my favourite places. High piles of sand surrounding a tiny lake, serene sunsets, dune buggying, sand boarding, and a beautiful boardwalk. Couldn’t ask for much more!

Bob Marley Plays A Football Game In Bazil 1980:
Bob Marley visited Brazil in 1980 from March 18th until March 20th. The principal reason was to promote the launch of the Ariola label in Brazil.
On Wednesday, March 19th, in the afternoon, a Football game was organized with Bob Marley, Junior Marvin, Jacob Miller, Toquinho, Chico Buarque and Paulo César against Alceu Valença, Chicão (from the Brazilian band Jorge) and 4 other people from the Brazilian recording scene and Bob’s team won 3-0.
