Lamb Chops & Spicy-Sweet Potato & dried Cranberry Waffle. Certified post workout muscle food. (traduccion abajo)

Ingredients:

  • Lamb chops (fat trimmed) or your choice of protein
  • 175g - 200g sweet potato (grated)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1-2 tbsp dried Cranberry
  • Cinnamon
  • Red pepper

Recipe for sweet potato waffle:

  1. In a bowl, grate about 150g-200g of a raw sweet potato. You do NOT have to peel.
  2. Add 2 egg whites to the grated sweet potato and mix using a fork.  Add cinnamon & red pepper to taste (optional). Mix.  Add cranberries.
  3. Spray coconut oil or olive oil on your waffle iron or skillet.  Set on medium heat.
  4. Pour the potato mixture into the waffle iron and cook until the ends of the waffle are cooked (about 8-10 minutes).

Lamb chops seasoned with turmeric, cumin, garlic, red pepper and onion powder.  Cooked in a skillet.

Approx macros with 5oz lamb chops, 175g sweet potato: 475 calories, 50g protein, 40g carbs, 11g fats

Ingredientes:

  • Chuletas de cordero (grasa recortada) o su elección de la proteína
  • 175g - 200g papa dulce (rallado) 
  • 2 claras de huevo
  • 1-2 cucharadas de arándanos secos
  • canela
  • pimiento rojo

Receta del gofre de papa dulce:

  1. En un bol, rallar sobre 150g-200g de papa dulce cruda. Usted no tiene que pelar.
  2. Añadir 2 claras de huevo a la papa rallada y mezclar con un tenedor. Añadir la canela y la pimienta roja al gusto (opcional). Mezclar. Agregar los arándanos.
  3. Rociar el aceite de coco o aceite de oliva en la plancha de gofres o la sartén. Poner a fuego medio.
  4. Verter la mezcla de papa en el molde para gofres y cocinar hasta que los lados de gofres estén cocidos (unos 8-10 minutos).
  5. Chuletas de cordero sazonado con cúrcuma, comino, ajo, pimiento rojo y cebolla en polvo. Cocido en una sartén.

Macros Aprox con 5oz de chuletas de cordero, 175g de papa dulce: 475 calorías, 50g de proteínas, 40g de carbos, 11g de grasas

Almost to my goal, time to get serious in the gym! I want a decent muscle increase by the new year. My body adapts and responds to exercise at an amazing rate so this shouldn’t be hard. Making the choice to aggressively focus in on my short term goals has made my road to healthy and holistic living a breeze. Once you decide what you want, just go out and get it, it’s just that simple.

And back. Needed time to do other things. Still slowly working on my latest cosplay. But progress has been slow. I also had to take step back from the gym. I did not stop going but for health reasons I did not want to burn myself out. So took it more easy. Now I’m back trying to hit my prior goals. Deadlift conventional 215lbs for 3, last set obviously the hardest. This was also my last set for dead lifts. Trying to make my way back to my original PR of 225lbs conventional grip.

No point for ever wearing make up in the gym. I sweat it off also ruin my hair. From my back day. I did add in unilateral overhead pressing to help with my lat development. What was on my Instagram story. I post a lot more on there

Planning on being at Fan-X in cosplay for a day. I have gone 3 days before but it gets boring fast. Look for the buff Harley Quinn with a giant mallet. 99% chance that will be me

Being I do not post a ton of my workouts lately. I want to get in, and gtfo, avoid as much of the crowds as possible. Also I try and really zone in a focus solely on my workout also make sure each rep is quality. Never talk or socialize. It’s not a social club for me. In it 100% for myself and no one else.

Not fully recorded but started with heel elevated, body weight squats (warm up) -leg press, various positions: wide, narrow and cannon ball started with 90lb and worked up to 230lb then back down.

- canonball back squat around 6 sets, worked at 95lb, obviously could have went heavier, wanted to keep it light. I need to try this with my heels elevated as well.

-back squats at 135lb for 3 sets.

- Bulgarian split squats, superset 80lb dumbbell pliè squats+deadlift.

Finished off with adductors/abductor machines. I’m more focusing on my quads due from my glutes/hamstrings grow easy and just more so cause discomfort. I prefer having balance between my upper/lower body.

BACK DAY, ultra intense, 45 to 60 second rest periods.

- Wide grip chins with 45lb weight, 3 sets

- Medium width neutral grip chins with 35lb weight, 3 sets

- Dumbbell rows with 85lb’s, 4 sets

- V bar pulldowns with 190lb’s, 4 sets

- Straight arm pulldowns with 90lb’s, 4 sets

Sorry for the time taken away from tumblr… I now plan to get back into blogging! It’s been unbelievably busy at work, please keep me motivated to work out and keep killin’ it!!!
