By the way legislators aren’t making laws specifically targeting the LGBTQ community because of pansexuals or trans people without dysphoria or aces and aros. They’re doing it because they hate queer people, and want to make us existing openly illegal.
No amount of “but but but the new labels are making us look bad and people won’t take us seriously” will ever change the fact that you are putting yourself on the side of people that want us dead. So stand by your community, or put a damn sock in it.
Tell me why people are using this post to talk about how pansexual people are a problem. Tell me why, after reading this post, you have decided “Yes the oppressors are bad! But also I agree with them”. Explain.
There’s a reason why I don’t answer asks about my childhood on my blog. It’s uncomfortable and you don’t know who’s watching (like pedophiles). Making a profit about stories of child porn that are your experiences of r*pe and abuse is fucked up. There are no excuses for that, regardless of your situation.

A couple of years ago, I imagined a theatre filled with spectators inside a typewriter. It took me some time to illustrate it (hooray for procrastination), but here it is.
What I really like about this concept, is that it exposes both the typewriter that an artist uses to deliver work and the people looking at it. I’m mainly intrigued by typewriters in my illustrations, because for me I’ve always been better at articulating things in text instead of in spoken word.
The typewriter is an symbol to me that there are always multiple ways to express yourself and you don’t ever have to feel pushed by society to express yourself in a certain way.
You don’t have to be a loud speaker if you don’t want to. If you’re more comfortable with writing or if you rather spend more time in your inner bubble than in outside circles, please do so. You don’t have to suffer from someone else’s expectations of you. I hope that makes sense. May the spectators in your life always make room for that and never take you for granted for the energy and art that you bring into their daily lives.
