Pro Tip: If you’re cooking potatoes for mashed potatoes in the microwave, YOU HAVE TO MASH THEM BY HAND. You can’t just put them in a blender. That’s how you end up with mashed potatoes with the consistency and twice the stickiness of tacky glue. Like super sticky potato putty.
