I’m feeling a little homesick. Sometimes we find ourselves in places we didn’t expect to be playing roles we didn’t expect to play. I feel like I couldn’t have predicted the course of my path. Then again, that’s an example of the “End of History Illusion” and a common error that humans make in assessing the future.
Day 1 in Japan! Currently 5:13 am and I’m on my quarantine facility. Tbh the jetlag is horrible but at least I can speak with my fam while they are awake. It’s only been one day but I’m already crying and missing them. The trip was so long and uncomfortable it made me homesick immediately. The two upcoming weeks will be hard af but I hope once I’m out I can be more happy and enjoy this beautiful country.
With this being the last episode of the season, it’s really giving use some interesting cliffhangers! I’m extremely excited to see where season 2 takes us!

I can’t help get the vibe that this is going to lead to Rayne’s death. It’s quite obvious that the murk is getting close to starving and that they’re also hiding important information from her. Rayne is also a bit Naive and had a black and white thinking mind (best example being Alexander).
There’s also two episodes left for this season, so something’s going to happen that will make a big impact for the next season (Rayne’s dies, the new base gets raid and everyone needs to find a new home, Rayne reveals herself to Sam and Tomoha, or something else) but something big is going to happen…I can feel it.
