I’ve been doing some magical studying on plant spirit familiars and the magic of the different plants. I’ve been working with living poisonous plants like the Mandragora and Hellebore. I want to venture deeper into this type of magic and the working with these spirits.
Fertility and purification are the associated powers of pine.
This may be why some use pine branches to sweep the ground before performing magick or rituals outside.
Pine Needles scattered on the floor inside drive away evil and negativity as well as burning them purifies and cleanses the home. Pine Cones are carried to increase fertility.
