So at the beginning of the Alvin and The Chipmunks first movie, the main guy is showing his original song to someone from a record label and we only hear a few lines. These are those lines. The 2008 emo child in me loved those words and I have caught myself singing those lines for the past 11 years since. So I thought, why don’t I write a poem/song? And this is it! The two halves are different cos I wrote in May 2019 and the other now. Enjoy!)
