doughnut muffins
洋書レシピ本をひっぱりだして、
そこにdoughnut muffinというものが
載っていたので作ってみました。
揚げないからカロリー低そう
と思い込ませて、
ナツメグとシナモンをきかせた
マフィンが焼きます。
焼き上がったマフィン全体に、
溶かしたバターを刷毛で塗って、
シナモンシュガーで
たっぷりとコーティングします。
結果、揚げるよりもカロリー高そうで笑うしかなかったけど、本当にドーナツのようなマフィンでした❤️
いつもより小さい型で焼いてみました。
みんなにも食べてもらいたいな！
