Lesson 44 of “Raise your Vibration” by Kyle Gray:
Love your guardian angels!
Guardian angels are amazing because they transcend religion. They are present with you since your birth and love you unconditionally! While many have never connected with them (whether by sight, sound, writing, etc) you must know that they are by your side, helping you live your best life. I, myself, have never come into contact with mine. However I am starting a mini journey to change that, starting with writing to them everyday. Since today is a waning gibbous moon, I centered my message around being grateful for their steadfast support.
How do you know if angels are around you?
- 444 is the angel’s number. They’re saying hello if you see this number on your clock, on a mailbox on your commute to work, etc.
- Temperature changes! Some people describe them as a cool breeze passing over your body, or you may become inexplicably warm!
- Meditation is a common way for them to communicate with you. Next time you’re meditating, pay attention to any voices, smells, colors, or whatever unusual may come your way; it’s probably a message from up above!
Remember that there is no rhyme or reason to anything spiritual or metaphysical, and the same holds true with angels! The bulletpoints above are just a few common experiences with angels, and certainly are subject to whomever. If you feel that it is angelic communication, then you’re probably right! Just be open to it and let them guide you.

Chakra healing tip:
If you’re feeling out of alignment but don’t have your crystals, oils, space to meditate, etc., this is my favorite practice to begin healing the chakra(s):
Envision the chakra in your body. The chakra is an energy center, and should be visualised as such! Imagine that the area is emitting light from its center, pure light and love. Imagine it warming you, healing you, bringing the chakra back to its center.
I find this method particularly helpful with the Solar Plexus chakra, but it will work with them all!
