Go out of your way to make someone smile, whether that’s helping out your local community, even being friendly to a stranger, friend, family member, and/or spouse. It is great to do this daily, but actually taking the time to do it is not only helpful and rewarding to the other person, but also for yourself. It makes you feel good to make someone happy and smile.
