Work 8hr/day 5days/week, 6day a week lift, gradually increasing cardio. I need this week at the beach desperately but still gonna try to lift Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday cause I have seen so much progress the last few weeks. Deads are 25lb in 2 months and hoping for anther 15 before school starts in a month. Up almost 10lb since seriously committing to building muscle and I feel like I’m in a totally different body in the best way possible. Gotta lower fats so gonna use low-fat raw pesto as a salad dressing to replace some of the avocado for my salad and have been adding RAW Vanilla Protein Powder to my PB2-rice cake snack
Got 85g today but also had a whole avocado since I haven’t had any the last couple days so only got 74% carb which is still okay but pushing too little
Dinner was 1.5 cups dry rice, 1 scoop RAW Vanilla Protein Powder, and 2 tbsp PB2

1 month difference! It’s not much but I see lots of progress in my back and lats! Wasn’t gonna even post this but after my mom told me my arm were looking “manly” and my sister giving me shit like “what are you a body builder” I wanted to say Fuck the haters You can’t try to please anyone but yourself or you will never get anywhere. Getting a comment like that after my sister couldn’t stop talking about how thin my arms were this winter (dropped to a terrifying 90-91lbs) and even the other day after asking her if my arms looked bloated and her saying “your arms are seriously sticks if you think they look bad your anorexic” made me so angry. They’ve always been my biggest inseurity, and they’re also the progress I’m proudest of. Your family is supposed to be your greatest support system but it seems like that’s seldom the case. Therefore, be your own support. Fuck them all and do what you love. Rant over
