IT’S ALIVE! Finally!
For those of you that don’t know, my day job is building websites. Well, I may be fast at that at work, but personal projects always take so much longer! This one has been keeping me busy for a couple of months now, but I am very pleased to announce the 53stitches.com website is now open for business!
You can find all of my free patterns and tutorials there and it will hopefully be worlds easier to navigate then my tumblr blog is. I’ll be updating old patterns to point to the new site in the next couple of days, and then I’ll be back to creating new patterns instead of building this site!

Designing our website was, as with most personal branding, a bit of a drawn out process. We had endless ideas and due to having no requirements beyond our own we played with a lot of different concepts. Eventually we settled on this warm but clean layout, featuring clear information and a splash of tropical imagery. We’re pretty stoked with how it came up!
