I never ever nap, too manic for all that noise… unless I’m really really really tired and today is one of those days. I’ve been going at it hardcover for weeks now without a break. I often wish I had smaller calves… and thighs, but that’s genetics! My mom has built legs and so does her dad but neither have ever worked out enough (if at all) to grow muscle. Sometimes we’re just as we are and we have to get over it oh and I’ve NEVER worked out my calves consistently. That’s just how they are ‍♀️ ⁣
