❗️READ❗️YES I AM ALIVE. Haven’t posted in like 5 days. Why? Because LIFE happens. From encountering a few health issues and multiple doctor appointments to Finishing up this semester has been beyond stressful while juggling my PT business and a little secret project I have going on on the side. My HEALTH and SCHOOL are my first priorities ☝. And if that means not posting every single day 2, 3 times a day then THAT IS FINE. I know I’m guilty sometimes of getting so wrapped up on times to post, how often to post but life happens guys. And unless your IG is your business, social media shouldn’t be your #1 priority.
