Ai’s usually tinkering with everything, including upgrading their Digivice since it’s fucking ancient, and they want it to work as smooth as the new hot models.
Keese usually finds the nerdy moments somewhat boring, and tends to eventually distract himself with games after a while.
It’s also been concluded he’s the Chaotic Evil of the group. With a Chaotic Good Tamer. This is going to go swell.
So way back in 2004, I had a tamer named Asuna who had a fan-made machine jackal back before BlackMetalgarurumon was a thing. 2005 they were intended to get Cheri instead. And then they were never used or seen again until recently, where I reinvented them for Cyber Sleuth. Their name changed to Aoki Sakai, a gender ambiguous mechanic who originally had a BlackGabumon as their partner, until it ended up being deleted permanently after a very unfortunate face-off with a Beelzemon on a rampage- their BlackMetalgarurumon becoming easy fodder because Aoki froze. Fast forward years later, they still haven’t had the heart to replace their partner, but end up taking in an Impmon as a second try, though there’s something familiar about the guy. At least he’s cute and endearing right now.
Keese is just an absolute Tsun and doesn’t like admitting to anything that implies it’s got a softer side.
Some things I did up today waiting for… something.
My silent plague doctor Aromatisse who has no real name- they go by various synonyms of ‘black’ and they’re okay with that. They look spooky, but they’re a good fairy, healing the sick and injured and making medicines with a combination of Fairy Dust and their Poison Hidden Power. Nobody knows anything about them- no name, no gender, or even if they’re dead or alive. They even wear a Reaper Cloth imbued with ghost energy to give them extra power.
And my little ‘gijinka’ family- Michal the Silvally with Arceus going on, Adonias the silver Ho-Oh, ViRU-5 the Rotom Android, and Amos the Darkrai with… well a Beta Celebi since I see them as extinct varieties of pokemon and these guys are all scientifically altered by Adonias themselves. They just only tend to take non-human forms when necessary, since they all started off as human. Fact! Adonias is the one who ‘created’ my Gallade, Kirlia, and Gardevoir set! So all these guys are connected in some fashion!
Made a reference for the lass with a few changes, though not many.
She was originally bought as a flavor of ‘white mystery’ but she just… evolved over time to be art-based rather than food-based. Though I guess her hair probably tastes like candy or something.
No real explanation for this one. A couple of ‘charmers’ doing a dance. They’re known to pretty much do this apparently- considering she’s a high class lady and he’s from poverty, but both act the opposite of where they came from- mister ‘live on the streets’ acting like a gentleman, and miss ‘born in luxury’ acting like the girl next door.
They get along really well when she’s not acting spoiled, though. But let’s be real, her favorite thing in the world is being treated like a lady by the one person she’s been trying to court- he’s just great at not catching it.
Since I’ve gone and lost one of my main art programs, I’ve decided to try Krita. All I can really do is simple works because the brushes are very different. Anyways.
Obsession was my first test piece. The story he’s from is a simple style, and I just really like him as a character. He’s super calm and civil with literally everything- I’d like to work with him more to explore his dynamics.
Delusion was second from the same story. He’s always been a favorite character for some reason, even if he’s two-faced as fuck and dangerous in his own way.
Deception was third, except I forgot her facial markings like a chode. She’s one of the good guys, I promise. She’s just a fucking idiot and thinks everyone can be a friend.
Professor K was next from a different storyline. I mean it is October, and Halloween was a big part of that story. He’s a fucking psychopath android being eaten away by viruses while splicing together abominations for science.
Hidou and Dharma was the most recent from my personal story. They run a tavern called the Black Rose in complete neutrality- and it’s a liminal space with its own pocket dimension. Unfortunately one of them is a villain. c:

This is not about “denazification” of Ukraine. Remember, Russia has Nazis, and so does America and many other nations. Is Putin going to attack all of them too?
To be clear: Obviously I am NOT excusing Nazis anywhere, but much like the Jewish Holocaust survivors who were happily living in Odesa Ukraine—who do not welcome Putin’s alleged Russian saviors—as a Black man, I too would be kinda pissed if Russia started indiscriminately bombing tf outta my neighborhood to “denazify” it (and that’s despite the fact that I saw a ton of Trump flags in my hood during the last two election cycles). It’s bullshit. Russia recently used an antisemitic “argument” to disregard Zelenskyy’s Jewish heritage. It’s a bullshit argument. Putin wants to “denazify” Ukraine about as much as George W. Bush wanted to bring “democracy” to Iraq, Afghanistan and every other country we’ve invaded.
Mikhail Gorbachev himself said that NATO expansion was never an issue. It’s revisionist history to say otherwise, but that’s not stopping Putin from using it as his current go to argument. Crimea was not a member of NATO, and Ukraine was not in NATO nor seeking membership when Putin attacked. And tomorrow, it will be some brand new bullshit excuse. But make no mistake: Putin is invading Ukraine and committing war crimes for the exact same reasons all colonizing imperialists do—for dominance, power, land and resources.
Russian imperialism isn’t good just because American imperialism is bad.
And for the “communist” tankies suddenly simping for Henry Kissinger—a U.S. war criminal they hated until last week—all I have to say is this: telling people who were peacefully minding their own business, to “just stop fighting back if you want to end the war,” has got to be some of the vilest shit I’ve seen in a good long minute. Except, I see this mentality all the time. It’s the foreign policy equivalent of telling Black and Brown people to “be peaceful” and maybe the cops will stop attacking you. It’s the equivalent of advising a battered wife to please, “just try not to provoke your abuser, and maybe he’ll stop hitting you.” It is literally endorsing “might makes right.” It’s abuser logic. It’s gaslighting. It’s bullshit advice that has never ever ever worked for anyone smaller who is being systematically harassed or attacked by a more powerful abuser.
“Just give the bully your lunch money today” is terrible advice, it only ensures that the bully will expect to keep on taking your lunch money every single day.
Obviously, no sane person wants any war to continue, but what kind of world do we want to live in if we keep telling smaller countries to just acquiesce to larger countries who invade and attack them, unprovoked?
