Words cast spells which is why mantras are so powerful as a meditative practice. Generally they are a statement in the present and read as a positive affirmation, meaning that you want to state what you wish to manifest and avoid words like don’t or can’t. It is the intention that manifests and not the voiding of the statement so statements like “I am love”, “ohm” or “abundance flows through me” feel more appropriate compared to mantras that start with I don’t want or I can’t. Mantras are amazing as a meditative practice or to help connect with the breath in stillness or during movement such as yoga ♀️

Hold your energy and release what does not belong to you!! … just as much at it is counterintuitive to feed an illness with something that would create an illness amidst health. (Why do we treat illness in this manner anyway instead of creating a healthy ecosystem that wouldn’t attract or nurture dis-ease in the first place?) the same goes for your thoughts and emotional well-being.
Feed your thoughts with good vibrations, visualize what you want to see instead of focusing on what shouldn’t be or what negative thing might be. Healthy thoughts lead to healthy manifestation, healthy mind, healthy body
Scan your energy and really zip in what is yours while releasing what isn’t, seal the energy leaks and then stand in your own power to support others and hold space for them!!!
