Had quite the cardio day yesterday! I was feeling tired and bloated, but I’m glad I pushed through.
Workout:
2 mile run outside (about 18 mins)
10 mins of 20 sec sprints - start at 9.5 and work your way up to 12, increasing some each minute (I got there around 10 mins, ran a few sprints at 12 mph for 15 seconds, then at 12 minuted worked my way back down, decreasing the speed to 9.5 mph and going from 15 to 30 seconds by the end)
End with 5 min incline walk at 15 inc and 2.8 mph
