Don’t forget to workout your calves
Starting to wake up earlier in the mornings to get some basic workouts in.
I still don’t wake up early enough where I have enough energy (or time) to go on a run but I DO have time for squats, push-ups, abs, and lunges !!
I do everything in my room, which I’m not a fan of - that’s enough motivation right there to try and work on waking up earlier so I can get to to the gym.
Yoga done today
I’m so proud that I haven’t missed a day of yoga since I started. I think lol. And that I’ve increased the amount of poses to enhance my workout! Some poses are just a light work out but a great stretch. I’m loving the harder ones. I like to push my self(sometimes lol)
Harder poses for me:
• Stomach stretch
• Rejuvenation
• Deep lunge
• Push-ups ( I can only do 15 so far…)
• leg kicks
